What an EXCELLENT pediatric dentist office. Impressed with every aspect, from the front office, to billing and the dentists and assistants. They went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable. We drive from Carlsbad just to see them.

Honestly the most unprofessional staff i have ever dealt with. I think dr. Carter is a good dentist but the business is ran extremely poorly. My son was hospitalized with pneumonia and we had to call and reschedule the appointment and mentioned on several occasions that our son was in hospital with pnemonia. We went to our next appointment and were asked to make an early "GOOD FAITH" payment. I was confused so i asked why? They got very upset and went through my sons folder to see if wed called about his hospitalization. We had about six times. Only thing in their records was that my brakes squeek. No mention of pneumonia or hospitalization. After declining to make an early paymeny things went very south. They keep very poor records and are extremely understaffed upfront. When you sign a contract stick to it. Dont ask for payments early because a child has to go to hospital. Follow the contract its what they are for. So both parties know what to expect. Oh and treating a child who has been hospitalized for upper respirattory issues and your office is notified several times but somehow the only thing that makes it into the chart were that my brakes squeek. So basically if we would have received treatment that day the dr. Would have had no idea. Crazy. Maybe open a mechanic shop? You guys seemed more concerned with my brakes then my sons care. Watchout for this place. First red flag should have been the fact most insurances wont use them. Again im sorry i think shes a great dentist but due to the extremely poor treatment we received and very inept staff id steer clear. Also be sure to get receipts for your payments! I had been warned by folks in carlsbad to steer clear. Wish i would have listened.

This is an amazing office. Great friendly front desk service. Dr took time to explain things to me in detail, unlike other office I attended. My daughter did not want to leave. I highly recommend Spring River Dental. Thank you Ladies.
