The Dentist is amazing and very professional. I was a new patient and went back in for work. It was a very lengthy appt and i did a lot of work in one sitting. She was very attentive and watched out for my well-being. Kept making sure I was okay as I was clearly very nervous. She would give me breaks as I needed them and wasn't rushing. She did beautiful work. I am very grateful for getting my work done with her. The staff is all so friendly. Thank you guys so much!! I am so glad i chose you guys for my dental care. Wildly unprofessional. Dr. Moreschini literally told me she could not do her job and is the kind of dentist that makes you afraid to go to the dentist. Never in my life have I had to calm down a doctor while they were holding a drill and sharp objects. So terrifying.
RESPONSE TO THE DENTIST:
I was never offered anesthetic by you, Dr. Moreschini, even for the drilling. I have never needed to be numbed for a cleaning before. When I asked that you be more gentle, you went on a tirade and berated me for advocating for myself. I think you need to go back to dental school and learn what a bedside manner is. You were so rude and literally terrified me.
