I was shocked that Dr. Moreschini refused to look at my previous dentist's records of 16 years. She said she wasn't being ageist but completely discredited his style of treatment and bluntely deduced he did a poor job with little information. As a new patient I felt her style was arrogant and close minded. The whole experience left me with a real bad taste.

I've been a patient here for many years. I've had all pleasant experiences until recently. I scheduled my daughter for her annual cleaning 6 months in advance. When I received a reminder a week or two prior to the appointment I called and rescheduled. When my daughter got to the office at the rescheduled time and date she was turned away due to the hygienist being out. We were only told upon arrival not prior to. We rescheduled her cleaning again a month down the road. I confirmed that she'd be there when texts and emails came in and a week in advance. Upon her timely arrival today she once again was told that her hygienist was no longer working there and she'd need to reschedule. After a conversation with the hygienist who answered the phone I was told the other hygienist gave two weeks resignation notice. Never once were we informed that the hygienist was no longer there and we would need to reschedule. I'm completely frustrated because this happened not once but twice. Had we not shown up today we would have promptly received a bill for a no show. Sadly I now need to search for a new provider that is reliable.

I had not one, but two horrible experiences with Dr. Moreschini. About six weeks ago I had old metal fillings removed and replaced on one side of my mouth. The result was an uneven bite that I have been in to correct two additional times. Both times an assistant attempted to correct the bite rather than the Dr. Needless to say, the bite is still off. Two weeks ago I went back to have the same work done to the other side of my mouth (my fault for going back) and walked out of there looking like I suffered from a stroke. I was numb for over 7 hours, swollen for two days, and am still suffering from a very sore jaw to this day and unable to chew with that side of my mouth. This time, like the previous time, I was left with an uneven bite and went back in to have that corrected. I live an hour away from her office and it is frustrating to have to take off from work and make the long drive multiple times for shoddy work. I was also disappointed with her lack of empathy toward me when I returned after the second procedure and I let her know that I was in pain. She basically said I had a low pain tolerance. I have had many dental procedures in the past by a dentist I was fortunate to have for over 30 years (until his retirement) and I know what feels normal for the type of procedures I had done. What I experienced with Dr. Moreschini was definitely not normal. I am leaving her practice and will be more vigilant before I let anybody work on my teeth in the future.
