I admire and respect every single one of them and thank them for all they have done for me. I tell others all the time, they are the best in the biz!

I have always had great dentists in Santa Fe. Unfortunately my wonderful dentist died, and I was asking for referrals from friends and calling dental offices, but could not seem to find a "fit". Someone told me that Northside Dental had reasonable prices for cleanings; so I went for a cleaning. I liked the office, the staff and the hygienist. I received a good cleaning. While there Dr. Cera came in and we talked. I had ex-rays and we talked about my teeth. I liked him and felt he was honest, upfront and responsible to his patients. So I gave him a chance, and have not been disappointed at all; actually very pleased. He has filled some teeth, redone a crown, and sent me to a wonderful specialist for a dental implant; as he felt I need a specialist for my specific issue rather than do it himself. He will do the final tooth. I really like that anytime I am told what he feels needs to be done, the price is always mentioned; so I know and do not need to ask. I now feel confident with Dr. Cera and his staff, and am referring them to others. Very fair pricing too. All over a good experience.

Office; our first contact with any health professional is with the office staff and usually by phone. Thankfully it was easy to reach a real human and not be warehoused in some lengthy automated system. Polite and professional my scheduling requirements are very difficult. The day of the appointment arriving early; at the wrong office, the staff laughed off my error and my embarrassment despite having come in early for me. That day they did what they could in the remaining time and created a treatment plan.

Staff; from the front office to the billing and the two dental “assistants” the interactions were consistently pleasant. Don’t fool yourself; dental “assistants” is an understatement. These are dental professionals who were very gentle and patient and helped educate me about my oral health as well as helping dispel some ill conceived conceptions. Specifically braces as a youth caused my gum recession. Not neglect (certainly there is some of that) requiring impending periodontal work as I had been led to believe; thanks ladies.

Dr Cerra; congenial and professional and equally gentle performed an exam, reviewed everything that needed to be done now and those things that could be watched. No scare tactics, just the facts based on modern dental practices and best evidence.

Experience; as you can tell from above I am pretty impressed. Knowing nobody who loves going to the dentist this is the simple best experience in my 54 years. Although my appointments were in Nov and Dec, I am writing this after a lady came into our store and somehow we came to talk about dentists and her experience at the same office was also the best in her memory.

I moved to New Mexico recently and was searching for a dentist. Very glad I changed see Northside Dental. Everyone was professional, informative and friendly. Equipment was up to date and work was excellent and thorough. Thank you Northside! I look forward to seeing you for years to come.

If you are looking for a dentist in Santa Fe, I would highly recommend Northside Dental. Everyone on staff is courteous, kind and caring. My appointment was on time, the hygenist was excellent and everything was explained up front. Dr. Cera is very friendly and thorough. Photos are taken of your teeth as well as x-rays so that any procedures needed can be easily explained and shown to you in terms you can see and understand. Prices are fair and equitable. I highly recommend Northside Dental.

So far, I've liked this place very much - I really couldn't ask for more. They were friendly and professional on the phone, and offered me a free consultation in exchange for some items for their Thanksgiving food drive. The receptionist greeted me by name when I walked in the door (though she had never seen me) and they took me right back moments after I arrived. The consultation was very thorough - the most pictures I've ever had taken of my mouth (again, all fro free), and then a friendly, professional dentist came in and talked to me about what he saw, what my various dental needs are, and how much they would each cost. The only thing I'd criticize is that they don't accept insurance (except for one, I think), and I feel they should, since it's hard for many to pay out of pocket for such large expenses (though they file the insurance reimbursements for you, which is very helpful). I also very much appreciated that they weren't pushy afterwards about having me sign up for future appointments. I will do so, though, because I was very impressed. Actually, I was *surprised* by the high level of customer service there - that's rare and really appreciated.

OMG! This is the best dentistry I've every been to and I've been to too many! I was traumatized by so many but not here. Everyone is caring, gentle, and beyond friendly. Lisa, the hygienist is my favorite. Dr. Cera is awsome, and Anna is amazing. Highly recomend!

Northside Dental is great. Dr. Cera is very skilled and very caring, as is his knowledgeable staff. This is a highly professional practice using current techniques and technology with a lot of heart. I'm grateful they're here.

LOVE Dr. Roybal and his staff. They are friendly, efficient, quick and very caring about my dental needs. Dr. Roybal's injections are virtually painfree - he knows his way around a needle!!

Had all of my dental covered by the amazing staff here. Sharon is terrific and makes you feel very at ease in the chair. In fact, I've fallen asleep twice during my cleanings.
