The whole crew at Northside does a fabulous job. I really feel well cared for during and after my appointments...even with high anxiety about visiting the dentist! Highly recommended.

I showed up at sat in the waiting room for about 20-30 minutes which was fine. I usually expect to spend time waiting with doctors and dentists. I was called to go back to begin my check up/first visit and the assistant/hygienist provided adequate customer service. As soon as I sat down in the chair I was told that my visit would cost me 87 dollars which I was to get back from my insurance company in a month. I get that everyone needs to make a buck, but this visit was a total waste of time. Why pay upfront when my insurance can cover it with a different dentist? Had I been given that information when I called and asked if they accepted my insurance to which I got a reply, "we work with your insurance," I would have not wasted my or the dentist's time. It was a bit sleazy and unprofessional to tell me my costs when I'm sitting in the chair ready to be worked on and not at the front desk.

I am an out-of-town visitor to Santa Fe with a problem. My bridge broke, and I had a lot of pain due to an infected molar. I called and saw the dentist, Brandon, the same day. He did such a great job at diagnosing, prescribing medication, and extracting the Infected tooth. I would highly recommend this dental group.
PS, he’s also nice to look at. Hee hee!
