As a retired DDS I’m very critical. Well run office, explain everything, showed photos of work along the way . Technically seems great . Cleaning was close to an hour and very thorough .Have known her for years and she said this was the best office she has worked in

I was vacationing in New Mexico when I broke my tooth. I called every dentist within a two hour radius, and Northside Dental was the only office that either wasn't closed or didn't hang up on me. In fact, from the minute the receptionist answered the phone, I was immediately put at ease and reassured that they would rework their schedule to get me in at 9am the next day - New Years Eve, no less. The staff is incredible (so friendly and so accommodating) and Dr. Cera is an amazing dentist - top notch! My dentist back home was extremely impressed by the dental work, and even asked me to thank Dr. Cera and his team for taking such great care of me. I would absolutely recommend Northside Dental, and I appreciate them more than they will ever know. Because of them, I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation worry and pain free. Thank you!!
