Plaza Dentistry

I was visiting Santa Fe and had a dental emergency. Plaza Dentistry responded quickly to my need by making me a same day appointment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in figuring out details about my insurance. The dental expertise shown by the dental assistant and Dr. Ebrahimi were great. I was given helpful information about the problem and my options and the followup dental work was very well done. Additionally the office was comfortably decorated with state of the art equipment giving it a professional but, relaxed vibe. I look forward to joining the Plaza Dentistry family when I move back in a couple months. Highly recommend this practice to others. If you are uninsured or have poor coverage, ask about their dental plan!

As a new Santa Fe resident, had to find a dental practice, and having an urgent issue, I had to stop procrastinating. Seeing such positive reviews on Yelp, I went for Plaza and Dr E. I was impressed. They were able to see me by noon of the day I called. (They had patients before and after me, so they’re busy.) They not just saw me, but did a thorough job: exam, imaging, deep cleaning, etc. No issues dealing with my insurance (Delta of CA). Very modern and high end facility. Very pleasant patient interactions - first time a get a tour of a dental practice! They have (and used for me) a comprehensive suite of visible and x-ray imaging tools, and they show you the results. It makes the discussion with the dentist so much more meaningful and understandable. I saw clearly the plaque in my teeth and how it was gone after the cleaning. No dentist before took the time to explain to me why plaque is so bad and must be removed, not just for cosmetic reasons. On the other hand it was clear Dr E was not pushing unnecessary treatment. The philosophy is “If it ain’t broken don’t fix it. “ In summary, highly recommended.

I give Plaza Dentistry 💯 I came to Dr Hamid Ebrahimi telling him what I was thinking I needed, which was more costly than what he actually saw.
I had a deep cleaning to start and my husband asked Did you cry?’ I truly had the opposite experience. I was constantly asked if I was alright and the staff is wonderful. I brought my elderly mother along and the Dr insisted a couch chair be brought into the room for her to be close to me. I look forward to the rest of my Plan as I have total faith in this dentistry office.

Fantastic experience! The entire staff was very personable and professional:) The chief complaint that brought me in was fixed up right away-free of charge! Exams and procedures were thorough, and everything was explained in detail. I would definitely recommend this office for future dental care!

I was so nervous to go to the dentist after some pretty bad experiences with dentists, and it had been a while since my last cleaning. Luda, the dental assistant, was so great and put me at ease with talking to me and checking in to make sure I was feeling alright. Dr. E was wonderful, charming, and nice to his staff, which is very important to me. I paid cash because I didn't have dental insurance. It was expensive (Xrays and cleaning), but I think it's worth the peace of mind to re-engage with dental care and to have a good dental "home". One final comment about my experience: When I said I didn't want something, my wishes were respected and they still provided me with wonderful care. Maybe it's just me, but that's hard to find in a dental practice in Santa Fe.

I wish I had known about Dr. Ebrahimi long ago. During my first visit he analyzed ALL aspects of my dental situation and was forthright about what could and what shouldn't be done, contradicting what some other dentists had proposed. I felt absolutely confident that his observations and suggestions were right on the mark. His front office staff clearly had my interests in mind. Whereas other dental providers only cared about payments and didn't want to be bothered by the intricacies of insurance billing, Dr. Ebrahimi's staff worked with me to clear up any confusion I had regarding my situation. I wholeheartedly recommend Plaza Dentistry.

I am so happy we found Plaza Dentistry! Dr Ebrahimi, Lu and all the staff are such caring people and super professional. When our dentist retired, I did extensive research and found this family-run dentistry. Among a long list of potential dentists, it was Lu (Office Manager) who returned my call (most others never did) and was so helpful I knew we were going to be in good hands. Dr. E has very successfully worked on my husband and me for several issues.

I'm so glad that a coworker recommended Plaza Dentistry. While going to the dentist is no one's idea of fun, I have been delighted by the friendly and professional staff, and very happy with the work they have done on my teeth. The decor is very serene and calming as well.

I came to Plaza Dentistry after several bad experiences with dentists in Santa Fe . I had a root canal that was incomplete with a third root that was left behind and was painful . Dr. E found the third root removed it and the infection left by the previous dentist.Since then I have received two perfect implants from the team at Plaza Dentistry , I have had great service from all of Dr. Ebrahimi’s staff . I ask many questions and they are all answered completely. I would recommend Plaza Dentistry to all of my family and friends. Very much pleased with my smile and dental health. Gracias

This is a new dental office in town and they are accommodating, professional and eager to please! The reason I changed dentists is that I am in need of 3 crowns and I felt that the cost of the crowns from my other dentist were too expensive. I found that this office had a good financial plan. I googled Dr. E to check his background and liked what I read. We just finished 2 crowns and everything went perfectly! I saved $1000 on the 2 crowns. He is very personable, precise in his work and is working hard to build his practice. The office staff is very nice and I like that his assistant thinks that Dr. E is a genius!
