My family was on vacation last week, visiting from NYC. My teenage daughter had a wire come loose in her braces and even though Taos Dental Group does not have an orthodontist (and neither, apparently, does the whole of Taos!), they told us to come right in. They took us an hour after we called, even though they were clearly busy. A dental assistant was able to maneuver the wire back into place, saving our vacation, and relieving my daughter of her pain. The place was clean and bright and bustling and we are SO GRATEFUL to the practice for their generosity and skill.

I was very impressed with the fact that they could take me the same day as a walk-in. The office is very comfortable. Reception worked with me to set up the proper appointment. Dr. Noah took the time to discuss/help me make the right decision to correct my problem.

This is by far the most unprofessional dental office I've ever dealt with. Every appointment I have had they are always behind and I end up sitting in the chair waiting forever to have anything start. My partner just had an appointment today at 12:30pm. His teeth have been hurting very badly for awhile now. They had him numbed and drugged by 12:40 and then he sat there for over 2 hours without anything being done! Dr. Noah then rescheduled him without any work being done because Dr. Noah got mad when I started to question when was going on... I believe Dr. Noah and his staff are very neglectful of their patients and all they do is try to push the blame when they get called out. Bad way to do business!

Today we all played beat the snow. It worked. 30 miles to see Kristin and have my teeth cleaned. She was the epitome of what you want in a hygienist, the cleaning was great and painless! My experience has been with the water treatment being aggresive and once home, quite painful. Not today! As usual Dr. Nyland did a great job of testing tender teeth and declared me cavity free. The staff was great as well. I'm no longer afraid of dental visits, it only took 80 years.
