I will not give ssn to any doctor the VA sends me to. And don't authorize the VA to give it either. You had the authorize to care for me and that authorize is your billing information. And because I did give you my ssn you refused me for services.

This was my first visit to this dentists office.i went for a deep cleaning that was pain free. Super nice facility with competent staff. My hygenist Noah, was awesome and let me know what was going to happen every step of the way. I highly recommend these folks for your dental care.
