I visited this This office in Amherst, New York today oct. 17th my first time there, I have a horrible Phobia of dentists, just getting and X-ray can literally give me anxiety, but the staff and the Dr. We’re so wonderful , they all make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I am so glad I chose this practice for my dental work, even after one visit I would recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.

Samantha was wonderful getting my teeth cleaned. She is always very helpful and friendly.
Also I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled, Dr. Jamal was fabulous. He talked to me with the steps and what to expect. He called me the next day to make sure everything was going well. A few days later I was a bit concerned and he made time to see me and make sure there were no issues. He cares about his patients and is very concerned for your well being.

Transferred to here from a different office, very smooth transition and everyone here was incredibly nice! Unfortunately had a cavity, but got it fixed the same day after my cleaning all within an hour! Highly recommend for their professionalism and for making you feel welcome and at ease!

To set the tone for this review- I am absolutely petrified of the dentist. I get extremely anxious about anything regarding my teeth.. to the point where I put off my wisdom teeth extractions for 7 years. Skip to now and they’re badly decayed and cracked, luckily that happened at the same time that I found Buffalo General Dentistry. From the start Dr. Jammal eased my fears about dental work and took it nice and slow to keep me calm. He acknowledged my fear and reassured me that it was okay to be scared. I didn’t experience ANY pain or even know the procedure was finished. Dr Jammal and his team of dental assistants and hygienists are the best of the best, and I strongly encourage all, especially those who fear dental procedures, to come and meet the team here!

Always a pleasant experience. The transition when Dr. Jammal took over went very smoothly. Samantha is amazing at her job! She is very helpful, attentive, and makes you feel comfortable. She is one of the only dental hygienists I’ve had who is aware that you can’t have a full conversation while you’re teeth are being cleaned. Highly recommend Buffalo General Dentistry!
