Dr. Jammal and all the staff are exceptional. All of them take the extra time to make you comfortable and you actually will enjoy going to the dentist! Their hygientist Samantha is very professional and personal. She has a gentle touch but very thorough. From the moment you step into the office and are greeted by Ashley or Mary you know it's going to be a good visit! Highly recommend Dr. Jammal and his caring, professional staff.

I tried Buffalo General Dentistry today and was very impressed.Hygentist was very polite and did a very good job Dr Jammal was very good at explaining procedures he would be performing asked if I had any questions or concerns several times. I met with the administrator and she was also very helpful and took her time with me making sure I understood what to expect I will be returning and will also recommend them to my family and friends.

This is essentially a new practice, acquired by Dr.Jammal from Dr.Ricotta (retired) six months ago. Naturally, it's going through some transitions and updates for 2022. Only one of Dr.Ricotta's hygienists are still on staff and the rest are new so existing patients may miss the familiarity/continuity, but if you're looking for a new dentist with the latest in dental training in a professional and comfortable setting, and can work with M-Th 8am-3pm office hours, this could be the place for you. I really liked the office updates and new practices to make the experience comfortable like a TV on the waiting room, more natural sunlight, and providing darkening safety glasses so you're not blinded by the dentist's light. Small, easy changes, but very noticeable! Keep up the good work Dr.J!

Great place with wonderful staff! Everyone is great there! Love my hygienist I have been going to her for years! Also, the dentist is professional and makes you feel comfortable. I decided to do a filling naturally without novocaine and it went great! Highly recommend!

Dr Jammal and his staff are always so nice and nonjudgmental. Samantha knows you by name and is always gentle. Through the last year she has taken the time educated me on best practices for flossing and brushing which I really appreciate. She always answers all my questions and makes me feel really comfortable.
