I needed a root canal done which could be a scary dental procedure for some of us however Dr Finetuch and his assistant does a great job making you feel comfortable and and ease. Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend coming here

I am not a fan of going to the dentist(I have a small mouth, no time, teeth are weird- take your pick). I have a waterpick and a soniccare and it's been able to get me by... until it couldn't.
I did a search for dentists in my area and not only were others raving about his practice but his name was right too. Dr Feintuch has the right touch!
The office was professional and helpful. Everyone was very nice and courteous. PJ was great and put me at ease. No judgment about me not having been to the dentist in some 8 years, just willingness to fix my problem.
Turns out I needed a root canal which they did same day and numbed me up real good so I didn't even feel a thing. I'll go back in a week for capping and done. The office hours are excellent and easy to schedule appointments. Just call Joanne and she'll get you right in!
Will definitely recommend to others and continue to go to Dr Feintuch for all my dental needs!

I can't thank Dr. Feintuch and his team enough. I came in to his office with a severe toothache I knew was related to a crown from my last dentist. It needed a root canal and Dr. Feintuch was able to complete the procedure the same day. Appointment on July 13th, 2020 in Riverhead location. The last thing I wanted to do was go to the dentist during the pandemic, but after chipping my filling during a 4th of July hotdog eating competition (inspired by Nathans) against my brother-law, I had too. I called several dentists in the Southampton area. No one called me back. Dr. Feintuch was the only dentist that I found in a reasonable distance (Riverhead) that took my insurance (Not to mention the Dr. already had great reviews). I am seriously terrified of the dentist. Haven't been in several years. Check-in: There was a little misunderstanding when I checked in, had me down for a checkup and x-ray and not filling, but the situation was quickly corrected. The Dr.: Waited about 15 minutes before seeing the doctor and sensing my nervousness, he tried to make me feel comfortable. He assured me it wouldn't hurt, and he was right. Of course my entire body was tense throughout the entire procedure (esp. the drilling) and my eyes were closed. In short, my experience with Dr. Feintuch has made me a little less afraid of the dentist. Overall: The office is clean, following the Covid CDC guidelines. His staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. There is ample parking in the rear, check-in is in the front.
