I am always pleased with the care I receive from Dr Feintuch and his staff. Yesterday I was seen by the dental hygienist, Rania, and she did a thorough cleaning and was particularly gentle as she administered a needle antibiotic to an inflamed gum. This dental clinic is the best! Joanna was a very warm and welcoming receptionist. There was practically no waiting as I was the first patient, but I also read that they space out their patients so they experience little to no wait time. I have never been to another place that is this considerate of their patients’ time. The teeth cleaning was also the best I’ve ever received. My hygienist, Rania, was so thorough and careful while cleaning. After finishing, I immediately scheduled for my next cleaning appointment before I left. I cannot recommend this place and the people enough! Thank you Joanna and Rania!!!

I made a mistake and showed up on the wrong day for my appointment. Dr. Feintuch and his staff managed to fit me into the schedule, took a full set of x-rays, talked about a few concerns I'd had, and scheduled a cleaning. A few minutes later, as I was on my way home, I got a call about a patient who'd cancelled and asking if I'd like to come back for a cleaning. All in all, great chair-side manner, very accommodating, and a nice guy. I will also say that the hygienist gave the most gentle (yet effective) cleaning I have ever had.

All around a pleasant experience. Everyone in the office is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. With covid I was the only one in the waiting room and check in process was seamless. My actual cleaning was so gentle. And the dr. Himself was personable and pleasant. So glad I switched dental providers.
Edit****. My second time here for a cleaning- the hygienist dropped her cleaning device in my mouth , chipped my lower front tooth and cut my lip. I didn’t realize it till I got home. It’s a small chip but I don’t go to the dentist to have my tooth chipped. I didn’t reach out or go back because now I’m too nervous to go to the dentist again.

During this pandemic, you will feel safe with the protocols they follow from patient intake to patient handling. Everyone is professional and very helpful/informative when it comes to your dental needs. I cannot stress how professional the manager, dental hygienists, and Dr. Feintuch are in handling your dental visit. There is hardly a wait time everytime I visit the office. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Feintuch and staff are always polite and friendly. There's hardly ever a wait time, usually in and out about 30 mins or so. I hardly ever feel pain and they give good advisement on how to take care of your teeth and gums. I recommend here also due to its location in bayridge, which has a convenient shopping area. Stay safe and well !
