Rude, condescending and greedy! The dentist along with his receptionist! I went there and was told I needed 5 root canals, 2 of which he wasn't sure of and stated he would need to 1st see how deep the cavities were (for my front 2 teeth). So I allowed him to do the one all the way in the back which he was sure of. When it came to my front 2 teeth, thinking he was going to first check if I definitely needed a root canal then consult with me on what needed to happen, he took it upon himself to do TWO root canals while I'm thinking he's still drilling and cleaning my cavities. Some may think, how did you not know he was doing a root canal?? Well, since he never explained to me the process, from my knowledge of a root canal since I had dome only one in the past, I thought the whole procedure consisted of him shaving the tooth after cleaning and putting a crown. But when he was done I asked, "so do I need a root canal for them?" He responded, "they're already done!" I was frustrated as I thought he was going to let me know first after seeing "how deep the cavities were" and discuss with me options for the procedure as it was initially agreed on.. After he did the root canals in my front 2 teeth, where he also left a dark filling which has left a permanent stain in my tooth that people can see when I smile from the outside, I kept telling him over and over again that I was feeling pain all the way up to right below my nose and was told that I was too sensitive and that it was also normal to feel pain there after the procedure for a little. He also did my back tooth and put in a crown where I also felt pain and found myself being mocked again about how "im too sensitive". Not to mention the busted lip from when he was trying to remove my temporary crown to replace it with the permanent one where his hands slipped only to blame me for moving which I did NOT instead of apologizing..... And that was all about 8 months ago. Here I am still with the same pain and one of my front 2 teeth getting darker and darker from the filling he had done. I went to get a 3nd opinion from another dentist and was finally told that the reason for the pain is because the post is too big or too high, I can't quite remember. But had the dentist not been so arrogant and listened to my conscerns while I was there maybe he could've done his job better. Now I have to go to a root canal specialist to redo my root canals. It's mind boggling to see how he has all these good reviews, which is why I went to him myself. Maybe because I had DC37 and wasn't paying him the big $$$... Just based on his arrogant attitude alone. Consider yourselves warned!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable doctor, friendly staff. After going to different dentists for about 5 years my search is finally over. I also got a free toothbrush and paste. I couldn't believe that a crown, a cavity and cleaning could have been so pleasant. I may have to eat more sweets so I'm forced to return. THANK YOU!
