The office conditions are disgusting and Dr. Chen's botched dental work resulted in an infection, disfigurement, an expensive root canal from another dentist, and a surgical procedure.
After receiving a filling from Dr. Chen, I returned a week later because my tooth hurt and my gums were inflamed and bleeding. I told Dr. Chen that it was infected and he told me that I simply ground my teeth, that it was not infected, and that it would be fine. My symptoms continued to worsen, and so I called him five separate times over the course of three weeks and never once received a call back. I ultimately had to go to an emergency dental clinic, where I was informed that the tooth Dr. Chen had worked on was no longer vital and that I needed an emergency root canal.
The other dentist performed the root canal (for $1200 out of pocket), but I am left with a disfiguring cyst from the initial infection that will require a surgical procedure to remove. All of this could have been avoided if he had listened to me when I told him it was infected the first time. Utterly disgusting. Stay far, far away.

The dentist is great but the receptionist is horrible. She has a bad attitude, I had to call my insurance provider multiple times and have them send proof to her. She then had a bad attitude again and said that my pregnant wife had to wait three months to be seen for a dental emergency out of spite. I have no idea how this office is still in operation.

Dr.Chen and His dental assistant Corrine are both amazing, they take good care of their patients and are always professional. I’ve been a patient for two years and will continue to go there and recommend the services they offer.

Would give zero stars if I could. This guy is a total fraud. In all professions you have students who actually studied and got 'A's, then you have students who, while getting 'D's, technically don't fail. This guys must've been a 'D' student. It's evident that he doesn't know what he's doing. I'm never coming back here again. Don't waste your time and money. Go somewhere where the dentist actually knows what he's doing.

Went here several years ago and was told I needed 5 fillings. I had just moved to the area and had been to a different dentist recently who said I had no issues. I was suspicious and sought a second opinion- no cavities at all. After talking to others I heard they had terrible experiences here as well. I'd steer clear, there are lots of other dentists in the area.

That doctor do not have education, he yells and treats his assistant with bad attitude in from the patients. He also hires his assistants for personal reasons and harasses them constantly, thats why they dont last in that office.

I showed up for my appointment for a cleaning and no one was at the receptionist desk to greet me. Chen was working on a patient and he came out to tell me to wait. This was a my second visit and on the first visit I had thought it was gross to let a cat run around the office but I went back in for my second cleaning anyway. I looked around and I saw this: cat vomit, cat poop, and cat food on the counter and on the floor near the door. There is a very old cat that has free run of the place. It is very unsanitary. I will never go back. Another thing is on our first visit they mapped my daughter out for 6 cavities. I asked to see what he was talking about so he pointed to this and that but they were just white teeth. no spots of any kind. My daughter is very diligent on brushing and flossing 2xs a day and 6 months ago when we had better insurance and a better dentist she had no cavities. This made me suspicious. They wanted me to start scheduling her to get fillings. This I did not do. I sent my daughter to another dentist who clearly told us she did not have any cavities!
