Long Falls Dentistry has a Wonderful staff, all very professional, the office is clean and very presentable. I was able to be seen right away. Dr. Salam uses up to date technology. Long Falls Dentistry accepts Concordia. I do highly recommend choosing this dentistry over any other. Distance is the same from Fort Drum as dentists in Watertown just in the opposite direction. Dr. Salam was extremely professional and helpful with my issues. Other dentists would tell me I needed extensive dental work that would take several trips and insurance may not cover all of it. He assured me that wasn’t the case, and everything could be taken care of in one visit.
This facility doesn’t charge patients a 15.00 transfer fee, and require unnecessary actions for a transfer patients, other dentists offices in Watertown do. I highly recommend long Falls Dentistry.

I have lived far too many years to share even a few of the many dental nightmares I have experienced, but suffice it to say they don't bring up pleasant memories. Even in more recent years, with competent dentists, my visits have been uncomfortable and stressful. So, last summer when my husband and I were traveling 1800 miles from home I was suddenly faced with a dental emergency - I lost a crown. What to do??? We weren't planning to be home for more than a month. Thanks to a recommendation at our campground I found myself at Long Falls Dentistry with Dr. Salam and his staff who welcomed me and immediately made me feel as though I was in the right place. After determining what needed to be done and making a special effort to meet my time restrictions, I decided to have him take care of a couple more issues as well. It was literally a no-brainer when I considered what I would go through at home. That is why I'm back, a year later for some additional care. And, I'm just as happy as the first time. Finally, I can honestly say I can walk into a dental office without stress and apprehension. Thank you, Dr. Salam and your caring staff!!!

I love this office! All the staff are super friendly, Dr. Salam is very professional and helpful and empathetic, and the office is beautifully and comfortably decorated. The "cavity chair" I'll call it even has a back massager in it! I always feel very well taken care of here and recommend them to anyone, but especially to those who may have dentist anxiety. They will definitely make you feel comfortable!

Dr. Salam personifies the compassionate professional. His easy manner lowers the stress level during my implant placement and his straightforward and clear communication make the details understandable. I can’t recommend him and Long Falls Dentistry highly enough.

Hands down, this is the best dentistry place in town. I went in for extraction and it turned out to be a piece of cake. I was extremely scared but Dr. Salam and his team took very good care of me. The front desk was very co-operative and flexible with scheduling the appointments. They were more than willing to put my needs in front of theirs. I had to get 3 molars extracted and the whole procedure took less than an hour. Afterwards, Dr Salam called me to make sure I was doing okay. In addition, there is a lot of seating area. Dr. Salam is very kids friendly and brought in a lot of toys to keep little ones busy. I'd definitely recommend him to everyone and give him 5 stars.

I’ve only been there once but absolutely love them..took little longer to get in because Covid-19 but that was okay and I absolutely will be going back and my kids will be going there to. Super nice staff, great customer service, great experience, I had a good amount work done but they did it right up no problem didn’t feel a thing, dentist is very friendly makes you laugh. After going through years of chemotherapy and radiation, I had severe bone loss and gum disease. Four years ago, my two bottom front teeth became very loose to the point where they moved whenever I ate or even talked. My dentist told me that my only option was to have a partial denture to replace my teeth. I asked him about obtaining a permanent bridge, and he stated it wasn't possible for me. I did not want to have partial dentures, so I just lived with very loose teeth. I finally went to another dental facility, and they told me that they could do a permanent bridge; however, the cost of having it done was so exhorbitantly high, it wasn't an option for me as I would be paying out of pocket. So then I called Long Falls Dentistry and they made an appointment for me for the following day. The staff is absolutely amazing! They were so kind and compassionate about taking the x-rays, as they could tell I was so very nervous. When I met Dr. Salam, I immediately felt at ease. His demeanor is compassionately professional. He explained the reasons why a partial denture would not be an option for me and that I would be very unsatisified going that route. He felt that a permanent bridge would work perfectly for me and he could guarantee that I would be smiling in no time! We then discussed cost. I explained that I don't have dental insurance and the cost would be out of pocket for me. He quoted me a cost that was a mere fraction of the quote from the other facility. He explained that he was basically charging only for the cost of the lab work needed to make the bridge. The procedure was exceedingly fast and pain free. On my first visit, my four bottom teeth were extracted and he placed a temporary bridge in until the permanent was finished. I don't know how Dr. Salam did it, but there was no pain, whatsoever. I had a bit of swelling that was gone by the following morning. A few days later, the office called to set up the appointment to have the permanent bridge placed. The placement of the bridge was so quick and painless, and it looks absolutely amazing! I cannot believe the difference! I spent so many years feeling as though I had no feasible options for having my teeth fixed. I can assure anyone reading this that Dr. Salam and his staff exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Long Falls Dentistry! Dr. Salam was absolutely right.....I am so smiling now!

Very nice office setting, staff is wonderful. I’m very glad I chose this dentist. Moving around as part of military life makes it hard to find a good dentist who cares about their patients. Thank you everyone at Long Falls. You are great!

The people are super nice. I need to get a tooth pulled. most places make you wait till the next day not at this place. The dentist was great an pulled it for me that day. I highly recommend going to this place.

I’ll start off with the good first; I needed fillings in 6 of my front teeth for years, I went to another dentist 3 years ago to get them filled and they kept telling me I had to do this and that before they could do it. I tried this dentist and he filled 3 of them on my first appointment and got me in to fill the rest a week later.
The only negative experience I had was the doctor kept making jokes about my teeth, i have a gum disease that makes my teeth very weak and my gums basically reject my teeth and he kept making jokes about my teeth. I asked if he was done with my teeth yet and he said well i don’t have all day, i only have so much time for one visit but I’m done with the fillings. Then when he was leaving he made a joke about seeing me in a few months.
I liked how fast they were on fixing some of my teeth but i think the dentist needs to be professional and have some sensitivity training.
