I have never laughed so much during a root canal.
Due to horrible experiences as a child I standardly hate the dentist but I've been going to Dr. Ruckert at Clifton park family dentistry since I was 16 and I have always felt very comfortable there. I drive in about 30 minutes to see him and his team because he is the only dentist I have ever liked. The whole staff knows me by name and ask about my ma and siblings everytime I visit.
And now the story of my root canal: I had some tooth pains at night, woke up and it was even worse so I called the dentist when they opened and they got me an appointment that day and saw me on my lunch break. They were clearly concerned and fast acting to solve the issue, while acomidating my many medication allergies. Dr.R set me up for the root canal in office the next day (again on my lunch break). He and Courtney had such funny back and forth banter as they worked it was like sitting at the dinner table listening to my family talk. At one point Doctor Had to stop the root canal so I could stop laughing and regain composure, even then I spent a good portion of the rest of the visit giggling around the rubber dental dam.

I recently had a cleaning done with patience and let me tell you it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I am usually terrified to go to the dentist I have in the past had horrible cleanings. She was so gentle and super nice. I will request her every time!

it was a pleasure to be treated with respect and given several options for a complicated cavity. I was given hope that my tooth may be saved instead of being railroaded in an extraction. the price of the procedure seemed fair and reasonable. my dental work in the future will be done by this group. a special thanks to Meghan and Dr. Ruckert for a professional and caring exam.

Awful, Dr. Fisher stated she could fix an old filling that felt rough and instead gave me whole new filling on a different part of the tooth that was very close my root which resulted in pain for 6 weeks, infection and a root canal at full cost for me. My new dentist was shocked at how poorly done the new filling was not to mention I was never told I had decay in the tooth, my understanding was that Fisher would redo an old filling. The filling she did was also very oddly shaped. I should have realized what this place was all about when at my first visit with Fisher she brought up that she could make my smile look better and referenced cosmetic dentistry. The hygienists are amazing, the dentists create dental issues, stay away.
