After going to this Dental office, i was impressed. The staff were very professional and extremely nice. The office was clean and updated. I went in for a tooth that had been bothering me for quite some time. Dr. Kavanaugh was down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. He explains why ur having the pain and his plan to fix it. I definitely will be returning.

This place is fabulous. I wouldn’t let anyone other than Dr. Ruckert touch my teeth. I got three fillings replaced yesterday and always used to have to go back to get the bite adjusted the next day. Once I switched to Dr. Ruckert, that’s a thing of the past. I woke up and everything was perfect. He’s great at what he does.

Incompetent! Went in with a serious gum infection under a molar. They poked my gums, said yes, you have an infection, and sent me home with no script, or even a suggestion how to get rid of it. A week later the molar split. I returned to prepare to have it removed. This time they sent me home with a script for antibiotics. I asked why weren't these prescribed BEFORE my tooth split. All I got for an answer was "I don't know." They charged my insurance for an X-Ray, A Panorex, and an "Emergency Procedure," which was to poke my tooth, and confirm, yes, it's split. ($149) After waiting weeks, the morning of the procedure, they called to tell me they refused to remove the tooth. I had to seek out an oral surgeon to fix the mess they left me with.
