Great experience! The front staff is pleasant to talk with on the phone and greet you as you walk in the front door. The office is clean, organized and spacious. Linda and Dr. Kavanagh made me feel like part of the family. I am looking forward to visiting with them again 🙂

Honestly, I have never in my life been to a better dental practice!!! Megan, Dental Hygienist, did the bulk of my work, and she was amazing. I met two of the doctors, and they were extremely friendly, helpful and had great personalities.
My entire experience here, was amazing. From my initial phone call, with whomever answered the phone, to the Dental Assistant that greeted me, Megan (whom I simple can’t say enough great things about, the Docs, the Office Manager (Who personally came into my room to explain all of the insurance and billing to me).
I had 3 appointments, 3 days in a row, and every experience was exactly the same. After 48 years of always dreading going to the dentist office, I will never again have hesitation about walking into this practice!!!!

To give you a little background, I am that patient who absolutely hates going to the dentist and has an exuberant amount of anxiety every time I have to go. I stumbled upon this practice when I had an unexpected dental emergency. This office was able to get me in on the same day as well as complete the procedure I needed performed all within a few hours of calling them. Felicia assured me over the phone that this practice would take good care of me and ease my anxiety. Not only did they do that, they also provided me with excellent care. Dr. Cara and Robin were amazing with me. They walked me through the process, allowed me to stop them if it was too much and they both took the time to answer all my questions. It was if I was talking to my good friends - that’s how welcoming and friendly they were. No one but Dr. Cara and Robin will be taking care of my oral health from here on out! Thank you both for making one of my biggest fears no longer so awful to think about.

If I could rate this place any lower, I would.
I went in for a routine cleaning and was informed that I had two cavities, no big deal. I came back for the fillings and after the fillings were complete, I was sent to handle billing. They failed to notify me that they were doing fillings that were not covered by my insurance. My insurance company informed me that this practice does the type of fillings covered by my insurance and that they should've discussed my options beforehand. So essentially, they tried to scam me. They got into an argument with my poor mother over the phone and hung up on her in front of me! Not to mention, the woman in charge of billing was extremely rude, grabbed my phone out of my hands and DID NOT HAVE HER SHOES ON.
A few days later, I noticed a slight pain coming from the fillings. Didn't think much of it because they were new fillings. Well...a few days turned into weeks and now both fillings were throbbing. Any time I ate, drank, brushed my teeth, etc. there would be a throbbing pain. I called FOUR TIMES to try and come back so they could look at it and no one returned my phone calls. What a shame. I ended up going to another dentist, who told me how badly the fillings were and the decay from my cavities were not properly drilled out, causing rotting of my roots. I had to get two root canals done due to the negligence from this dental practice.
Please, steer clear of this place and do your research before you decide coming here or use it as a last resort. I don't want innocent people falling for their scams and negligence and ending up in the position I was in. Shame on everyone who works here and shame on the people who run this place.
