Dr Rambod's office is a clean, professional practice that gives you a warm, calm feeling (very incredible in a dentist's office)
Dr Rambod is never rushed, always explains the procedure before he begins. When there are a number of treatment options, he explains them and gives you the feeling that you are being proactive in your dental health.
His hygienist was very thorough and instructed me on the proper technique in dental care.
The gentleman who takes care of the billing aspect of the office, is very respectful, and reserved. He contacted the insurance company to find out what was covered, and advised me of his findings, so that I could be an educated consumer.
Sarah, is very friendly , and gives you the feeling that you will be well cared for.
Jennifer, at the reception desk, was smiley and welcoming. Asked what she could do to help me when I arrived, and again before I left.
In summation, the office and its' staff are wonderful, making the entire experience one that anyone would appreciate. Thank you Dr Rambod and may G-d bless you!

Dr. Rambod is very good and kept me from having to get 2 crowns. The staff is very courteous and friendly.
The only downside is that there is often a long wait. If you can make a morning appointment, this can usually be avoided.

I came to Dr. Rambod with pain. We discussed a few options and I was glad to see that a root canal wasn’t his first choice. Unfortunately, after time passed we had to do a root canal. Dr. Rambod was very professional as well as his staff, he used only the latest technology and made me feel comfortable and safe. The clinic was very hygienic, meticulously clean and well taken care of. I would recommend Dr. Rambod very highly.

Dr. Avraham Rambod is a terrible doctor. Not because of his work ethic, but by the way he treats his customers. He gave me one price in the beginning and knew what procedure had to be done from the start. He gave me one price and then decided that the $9,000 he charged me for dental implants was not enough, so he decided to charge me an extra $500 and later on asked for even more. This is after we had a set amount on $9,000. His advertisement in the Israeli newspaper, says "$500 off for dental implants" but instead of giving me the discount, he charged me more. He treats the hasidic jews very well because he goes to the synagogue with them but will discriminate against others. It took him 9 months after he removed my teeth to begin the procedure and after many months more, it is not done. It's not just me, when I was there, there was another customer that was upset because he tried to charge that person more too. His secretary is very nasty too. He asked to pay in full before the procedure was even complete but no one pays the full amount until the job is completed. I asked him to give me a receipt for the $5,000 I paid in cash, but said no and wanted me to come in to discuss the matter. He gives his secretary to talk for him and be the black sheep. An example he gave me to charge me more was that, "when you build a house, you start at one price and end with another" which is completely unacceptable. Do not use this doctor at all.

Best dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Rambod explains everything as he does it very little pain and follow up calls to see how I was doing overall a great experience!!
