Terrible first experience, left after arriving 10 minutes early and then waiting a half hour past my scheduled appointment. Will be finding a different provider. Hygienist came out after already waiting to tell me she's running a little late, then wasted time arguing i would need more than a cleaning. I explained i have been keeping up on cleanings and xrays and only needed a cleaning. I can decide what i need, I'm not a child and i know why i was there. Must want to bill for anything extra she can get. Shameful. Nonetheless i decided to wait. Then she proceeded to exceed the already extended wait time she had given me by another 10 minutes, and still i wasn't called to be seen. Another patient who arrived after me was brought right in. I asked Donna at the desk if this was typical and she said that patient has another hygienist. I get that but I don't agree to leave an earlier patient sitting for so long. Change hygienists to meet patients needs and schedules! I had also explained i had another appointment to get to, which should not have been an issue with timing at all, even if appointment started a little late, and they did just a cleaning which is all i needed and scheduled myself for. Also, Donna at the front was loudly and clearly heard rudely declaring to her coworker that she's not the one who scheduled my appointment. Well, yes actually, you did Donna, and what does that even have to do with the situation. Unprofessional. I had to leave to get to my next appointment and on with my day. It's amazing that they expressed certainty that I would need more than a cleaning without seeing me. Oh, and when I scheduled months earlier I explained my previous dentist was no longer accepting my new insurance, and they had ample time to request my previous records. The fact they didn't shows they are more interested in billing for unnecessary services than to run a professional, honest and prepared practice.

Love this practice! Very professional, friendly, clean. Gabby is delightful and Dr. Nguyen makes you feel very comfortable and safe (which means a lot to me as someone who dreads going to the dentist.). Highly recommend!

I suddenly had pieces of a tooth come out of my mouth for the first time in my life. I was besides myself. My current dentist was closing and the places they referred me couldn’t get me in for almost a week. But a quick Google search and I found 1st advantage dental. They heard my distress and discomfort and got me in pretty much immediately. They were kind, attentive and empathetic and handled my anxious talking very well. I was in and out in about an hour with a repaired tooth and a much calmer mind. I’m very grateful for such an amazing group people.
