The hygienist was tough to understand because of his English and I could not understand anything the dentist was saying. Very frustrating when they are telling you things about your teeth. Would not recommend this dental office to anyone.

She is very cold, made me feel like a number.
I was called twice re my dental insurance info, on hold forever. Rude phone manners.

The Dr and staff are great. But for some strange reason they are requiring vaccinated people to wear masks. I wish they would follow the science let all the other places of business I go to

I want to give 5 stars because I've been a patient for at least 5 years and the office staff and dental hygienists are fantastic. Dr Le however is not. She filled a chipped lower front tooth and left a sharp protrusion on the inside and ground down the 2 front lower teeth so I now have a noticeable gap which I never had before. I went back to get it corrected. Dr. Le just created a wider gap between the teeth with a sharp edge that was not necessary or wanted. She said she ground the bevel because they touched the upper teeth. I walked out in the middle because she told me to just relax when I became upset she was not fixing what I came back for and was creating a different issue. I now have to pay a dentist in a different practice to fix her mistake. My opinion is Dr. Le is a bad to mediocre dentist.

The worst customer service ever! Donna, the receptionist is rude talked over me the whole conversation. (one sided conversation). Donna would not let me make an appointment two weeks out that the other 1st Advantage surgeon said was imperative to make that day due to COVID-19 backup. My husband had the same issue with her as well. (pre-COVID). The dentist and hygienists are great. However, it's not worth the aggravation to deal with an obnoxious know it all that won't stop and listen. Or how about call the surgeon, your office recommended.
