Not even a patient yet and already had a poor experience. Called to ask if they accept my insurance and she gave me a “we accept Fidelis but not Medicaid” and since I have Medicaid through Fidelis you can see where I was slightly confused. I hung up and went to Fidelis’s patient portal and saw that they do indeed accept my insurance. I called back to tell her that there must of been a misunderstanding on my part bc it says they accept it and she cut me off and said “what I said was we don’t accept straight Medicaid” when her exact words were “we accept Fidelis but not Medicaid”. Hung up while I was in the middle of a sentence. Very very very rude and unprofessional. I’d rather pull my wisdom tooth out in my kitchen than go there.

As a patient with a history of severe dental anxiety I have to say the staff definitely helped me overcome that fear. Everyone at Dr. Lucia's office is professional, friendly and just amazing. Unfortunately I have to switch offices as my hours at work have changed and they are not open on Fridays. If my hours at work ever change back I will most certainly switch back to this office.

I refuse to go to any other dental office. I was deathly afraid of the dentist for years and years. I finally had no choice but to go to a dentist, so I picked Dr. Lucia. She is always so kind, and extremely talented at what she does. She listens to my concerns. I no longer fear going to the dentist as long as she is my dentist! The staff is always so cordial too. I love them all.

Dr. Lucia is by far the best Dentist I have ever been too. Dr. Lucia is courteous, professional, and the most skilled Dentist I have ever been too. So far all of the staff that I have met have been professional, friendly, and caring. 5 Stars😊

Have been bringing my kids here for years. The service was never stellar, but sufficient. Until, we received a call the day before my daughters appointment, regarding a new COVID19 fee to 'recover PPE expenses.' This is beyond frustrating. The very appearance of this charge leaves a terrible taste in my mouth.

I understand there are costs in adjusting to new norms ... but this charge is contrary to their business interest - PEOPLE IN CHAIRS! People not in chairs = NO REVENUE. Astounded at this terrible decision. PPE is the cost of doing business, otherwise, you have no business.

Not exactly the experience I had had previously at this establishment growing up. Unfortunately a cavity that was filled incorrectly may now lead to a root canal. Glad to have had a recommendation to head a bit down the road to find a caring dentist. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business.

If you're looking to have your young child/children come to this place I would strongly advise to look elsewhere. The dental hygienists here are not good at all with small children and were VERY rude to me. I would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone

they dont care about you at all as a patient.got a set of partials bout 8mos ago told dr lucia when she put them in they didnt fit.she ignored me and didnt care.call them today 8mos later and now i cant get in till August for a 5min app.they tell u there call anytime if your unhappy.but thats a lie cause from sr Lucia to her dental hygienist to the secretary they dont care bout any patient.horrible practice please dont ever ever go there

Have u heard about covid 19 fee? Apparently i wwnt for my visit and they asked me to pay extra 20 $ for covid 19?????So, i need to pay for doctor Lucia to be open. That' s what they told me. Never ever heard about it before!!!😤

Disrespectful staff, substandard conditions, faulty equipment, a rude, heavy handed hygienist who did a quick ,uncaring job and a dentist with limited skills. Needless to say I will not return!!!
