Very welcoming, calm, friendly, understanding atmosphere and staff. The office was very clean, and had an overall good juju feeling that gave me a secure sense knowing I was in good hands. The staff is knowledgeable, considerate and gentle. They explain everything so I could understand.
I am extremely satisfied, and will return even though my insurance company will not cover them. I’d prefer to pay out of pocket, knowing I’m receiving quality care that I deserve. (They do however accept many other insurance companies, just not mine). I highly recommend!

I would like to give minus 100 stars for this dental office. I called Aspen dental for an urgent baby tooth extraction for my 6 yo son. They set up an appointment at 4:30. I explained that we need a baby tooth extraction when I made an appointment. I arrived at the office at 4 PM for check in. We waited 45 minutes and my son’s name was not called. I asked the staff when we can see a dentist. He was called 5 minutes later. Then the dental hygienist said that they would do the cleaning. I said the appointment was for an extraction. She said she will check and call back. So we waited 10 more minutes. Then the office manager told me that they will take an x-ray and the dentist can extract the tooth. So we waited 5 more minutes, and the manager said we need to make an appointment for another day.
We spent more than an hour their, and had no service. They advertised them as an urgent dentist that they accept walk ins. Even we had an appointment, we were unable to get the service we need. The manager of the office was so arrogant and did not apologize about their mistake that they made our appointment as just for cleaning. This is the worst dental office I have ever visited. Avoid this office. They are not for any urgent dental issues.

The place is clean and modern and the staff very professional. They are up front about the fact that they want to be paid, and advise you on a few annual dental plans that will help ease the cost. I had three extractions under anesthesia. I was out before I knew what hit me and so were those teeth! After the local wore off the pain was pretty minimal. Couldn't have been better as far as I'm concerned.

I've recently had to go to aspen dental to get some very expensive dental work. From the first appointment every staff member had a warm and friendly demeanor and each person did their individual jobs perfectly. The financial advisor whom I believe is the office manager is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The hygentist was quick and efficient even though I accidentally bit her while she was working. Some of the procedures are painful but each person is professional and they've been compassionate while I've been in pain while they work. I'm planning on returning for another large expensive procedure only because of their behavior and professionalism. Thanks Aspen. P.S. I was given a expensive oralB electric toothbrush and high grade type of toothpaste as well as mouthwash that is so much better than what is available at any store. It was worth the pain and my new smile was worth the cost.

Morgan and the woman beforehand were amazing. I gag, terribly, and the woman doing X-rays handled it really well. Morgan did my actual cleaning, and explained how and where to brush, and advice for how to handle being a coffee drinker. All around best dentist visits I’ve had.

Had my upper teeth pulled and dentures put in on the same day. Staff was great. Paid cash and paid all of it up front. After the initial visit things went down hill. It took weeks to get appointment for adjustments the lower partial has been wrong from the start. The lowers have broke 2 times and now the uppers are so loose they hurt. The servicehas gone down hill fast. Look for part 2

Terrible customer service. My appointments for cleanings were scheduled 12 months apart. They have too many patients to provide adequate care for you. I had an emergency chipped tooth and they couldn't fit me in. When I scheduled an appointment at the Camillus office they called me and cancelled it because apparently you are only allowed to schedule an appointment at one office. AVOID! I have switched dentists. This is the Burger King/Dollar General of Dentists.

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm not one to even write reviews but I was shocked with this dentist. I called to make an appointment for an annual dental cleaning as I recently moved and need a new dentist. They told me I get a first free exam and dental radiographs (yes they did honor this) but they neglected to tell me that they were NOT doing a cleaning at that appointment which is what I explicitly asked for. When I got there the medical staff was great and professional but when I expressed concern that I thought I was getting a cleaning today the front staff and manager were confused and said they don't have a hygienist today so they need to schedule that along with a cavity I need filled. After trying to work out a schedule they were able to fit me in with both of those together (which they rarely do apparently). Then a few days before my appointment I did recieve some phone calls and voicemails but I work 14-16 hours shifts and can not always respond so when the last voicemail I listened to said they were rescheduling my appointment if I don't verbally respond I was shocked. I have NEVER had an office just reschedule someone because they couldn't call back. When I called them they said they are a high volume practice which I understand, but even the receptionist didn't know my appointment. I told her I'll be there at 3PM (to which she said 4PM and had to step away to speak with the hygienest to clarify this). Then it was changed to 3:30PM and more confusion about whether or not I had an appointment when I arrived today. My email confirmation explicitly says 3PM, so they clearly bumped me back without telling me. Lastly I had to pay for all of the services upfront before they were done which I've never seen a business do before. Deposits yes, but the whole bill before I even see them? It was all very corporate to me and the worst customer service I've experienced. The medical staff is lovely but I won't come back again.

Each person I had contact with was excellent--highly professional and cordial. Kiana had taken my call originally, Ashley followed up, Emily took my x-rays, Dr. Alvarez was very thorough and highly knowledgeable, and Austin was great with the financial process.

Went in for a check-up and ended up getting 3 teeth extracted. I had to be put on multiple amounts of novacaine for the pain to stop so the dentist could work on my mouth. My tongue is numb and twitchy I haven't been able to feel anything at all with it. It's most likely damaged at this point. The dental assistants need to be more professional and less flirtatious with the dentist. Was super annoyed when my mouth was being worked on they couldn't stop flirting and asking him personal questions. The wait time was short and the receptionist ladies are very pleasant. I like how they broke down the payments for me of what is out of pocket an what insurance would cover etc.. the office itself is clean and friendly. The aftercare experience is on your own. My dentist didn't even prescribe pain meds for all the teeth he just pulled. I don't feel as satisfied as i thought I was going to be. Just tired of being in pain.
