I have been to this office now three times, every visit I have had an issue with what I am charged and what I was suppose to pay. I recently went in to getting fillings and was changed a total of $214. I also have Aflac and sent in my claim which was made payable to the dentist office accidentally. The total I was to receive was $165 back but I received only $122 from the dentist. When I asked them about this they explained that I had another charge miraculously of $43 to be paid which I had never been billed for or told about. The ladies in the office just decided to short my money owned from Aflac in which it seems they hoped I would not notice. I did and I'm very annoyed that they would take it upon themselves to do this without explaining or notifying me. I called the office once again and asked to speak with the doctor in which I am now still waiting for a phone call and it is 8pm and the office is closed.
I would not recommend this office as who has time to deal with this. I surly do not and do not appreciate the way I a paying customer is being treated. Please send me my refund asap and cancel any future apts of mine.
