This review is to ensure that what happen to me, does not happen to anyone else. I'm sure this dentistry is really good at what they do however they have a policy that they failed to inform the patient prior to coming to the office.
I am a first time patient and made an appointment to be seen by one of the professionals of this office. Upon arriving in the office there is a questionnaire that is Covid related.
I had Covid 17 days ago which according to the CDC I can be a functional member of society. The Mahopac office has a policy that if you did have Covid they ask that you wait 30 days before they can see you.
This is their practice they are entitled to run their business however they want however I was not informed of this until I was in their office filling out the new patient intake form.
This is the reason for my review, if someone would have asked me covid related questions according to their policy over the phone as I made the appointment; as a new patient, I would have been able to control the narrative.
If they are really concerned about Covid why wait for a patient to be sitting in their office to tell them “we cannot see you” 🤔🤔
I do not feel confident anything will get done after expressing this to the team so this is why I'm writing the review so hopefully it does not happen to anyone else.
If you had Covid they will not see you until 30 days after you tested positive it's up to you what you wanna do with that information I chose to tell the truth and it cost me a day of work.

Second visit with Ms. Todd - I received the same level of knowledge and care as the first. Due to my previous visit with her, the reason for my initial visit was mitigated successfully and I have not had a reoccurrence of symptoms since. Thanks for the great work and skill!

Dr lee is great for sure! He is thorough, thoughtful and explains everything. Kevin Jaycox, the Dental Hygienist is fantastic for the cleaning, x rays and "daily stuff"!. They both make you feel very comfortable.

I will always recommend Dr. Lee to everyone. He is very professional and great at what he does. In addition, he is always very calm, collected and gentle. My teeth look great and are healthy. The atmosphere at the office is always very welcoming and friendly. Love this place!
