Inconsiderate and unprofessional. I waited an hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time for this oral surgeon before walking out. More shocking.....no dentist, assistant or front desk staff notified me of any delays. I approached the front desk staff and questioned the wait time and was told they would go back and find out. I never got an answer, I was totally ignored. This occurred in the "Brighter Smiles" office of Dr. Christopher Lee in Mahopac, NY.
