My family and I have been coming to United Family Dentist and we love it here. This office is hands down the BEST. From the warm greeting from the front desk workers to the dental staff communication with you to ensure that you are comfortable.

They practice all Covid-19 protocols with sanitizing station, temperature checks to even sending you forms to fill out by text. I really love this office and will continue to come here.

My daughters had been going to the dental office during COVID. The office personnel(s) are very attentive and careful to schedule each patient to have enough room and space for their dental work to be done in a timely manner. They are very professional in dealing with insurance and made it easy to understand the procedures. They are knowledgeable in answering my questions and even got back to me within a few hours when they don’t. Before each dental visit, they had sent us appointment reminders and have also call us. The office is very organized and clean. Also, Dr. Lo is thorough at his task and he would show us X-ray and explained to us on what needed to be done.The staff is both Patient and efficient. They have called and text reminders often. And willing to move patients to accommodate their schedule.

My experience was very good. The doctor was professional and helpful, the staff was very nice. I highly recommend UFD to people.

I've relied on Dr Sung and now Dr Lo and their team at UFD to take care of my teeth for over 15 years now. I've always appreciated how they take the time to explain what my treatment options are and what should be fixed ASAP vs things they are monitoring but can wait be addressed at a future visit. I recently lost a filling and they were able to find a timeslot for me to go in for an emergency repair despite being their appointments being fully booked for weeks. Thank you UFD!

Today was my first dentist visit with United Family Dentist, and I had a great experience. I was only scheduled to come in for a regular cleaning, but recently experienced soreness in my wisdom teeth area, which I discussed with the dentist. The dentist not only thoroughly walked me through the process, but was able to accommodate me in his busy schedule and did the extraction at the same time! I was grateful that my extraction process was straight-forward, very quick, and a low-pain process. My dental hygienist who did my cleaning was also wonderful. She walked through how I could improve my teeth brushing in certain mouth areas, and used a mirror to point out certain teeth that were more vulnerable. Overall, I had a great experience, and the service was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend!

This place is great. The young ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Lo and his assistant were awesome, they were super patient and kind the entire time. He also answered every question and addressed any concerns I had, and he explained everything in an understandable way. I will definitely refer them to family and friends, and I will continue going here.

I was referred to United Family Dentist by my brother as I needed a second opinion to see if I needed to do an implant. I was so glad that I went to see Dr. Chan. My former dentist spent less than five minutes with me and immediately concluded that I needed a tooth extraction and an implant. With Dr. Chan, she took a few x-rays and determined that I did not need to do so based on the symptoms that I described to her. Because the pain didn't go away a few weeks later, she examined my tooth again. This time, she recommended a deep cleaning, which I did. When I went back a month later for a potential tooth extraction, Dr. Chan analyzed my tooth again and given that I didn't feel any pain since the deep cleaning and my gum looked healthy, she decided that I didn't need to do an implant. I was so happy to hear that. It's always best to preserve and keep one's own tooth, if possible. With that said, should my tooth bother me again, we will need to do an implant. Overall, I appreciate and trust Dr. Chan's expertise, patience, and time spent with me. Equally important, the staff was very kind and professional and consistently follow-up and follow-through. Thank you for ALL you do.

Best dental experience of my life!!! Very comfortable as soon as I enter, and very safe. I was asked to fill out a COVID form online prior to the appointment and immediately had my temperature taken when I walked in. I was asked a series of questions to ensure I was following regulations which made me feel good that United Family Dentist is taking every precaution necessary.

Great facility with top-notch equipment (360 degree panoramic x-ray machine that spins around your head!!! Wow!) The doctor handed me a mirror to hold as I was in the chair so I could see specific areas of the mouth being referred too, this was the first time with a dentist I’ve been given the opportunity to watch the work needed to be done, which I found very informative and became visually coherent of the dental care I need to do at home. All of my questions from whether I will need my wisdom teeth removed to which electric toothbrush brand is the best were answered thoughtfully and carefully, and I felt comfortable in the doctor’s care as the expertise clearly shined.

I was very pleased with my teeth cleaning experience, it was comfortable, quick and painless. In fact, I was told I needed a filling and the doctor was happy to accommodate me right then and there even though I was their last appointment and it was getting late. United Family Dentist truly cares about you as a patient and stayed after hours instead of making me come back another day. I really appreciated this as my schedule is very busy.

UFD is top notch. Very clean and modern office. Everyone is always warm, welcoming and extremely professional. My dentist Dr Lo is very patient and always answers all my concerns and gives me recommendations to maintain and improve my oral health in between visits. He does the cleaning himself and is some of the best cleaning I've had. Honest work and I never wait long to be seen Very pleased.

My entire experience from access to appointment, screening, and visit was excellent! The staff at the front desk, dental Asst, and primarily Dr Lo was very efficient. No long wait time. The clinic was very clean and I felt safe . This was my first visit, and I would recommend this Dental Clinic to my family and everyone I know.
