Great experience. Everyone makes me feel comfortable and welcome. Not a fan of dentists from past experiences at other places but these guys make me feel better about it. Everything is explained clearly and I have no complaints. Had 6 teeth pulled yesterday and I have to say the experience was top notch. They made sure I was comfortable and the teeth came out like a breeze. Chose the sedation option and was very pleased with the service. I am actually looking forward to getting the rest of the work done by them and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Went in looking for just a simple cleaning, was told everything was standard procedure, I had never been to a civilian dentist as I am a veteran and only worked with Naval Dentist, so I was oblivious, they took pictures and told me they needed to see how my teeth looked to see if I would need extra work, after everything no work was done, I went to the billing and schedule area for my cleaning, was told I would have to pay $450 for a deep cleaning and this protective stuff that goes on your teeth when I said I didn't need or want it was told all new patients were required to have the deep cleaning, I declined further services and had to pay $60 for them to telling me my teeth looked good and now I have a bill for the pictures they took for $100 not happy at all and do not recommend them as I feel I wasn't given a full sit down and explain everything before hand and could have save myself over 150 dollars

Been going to High Peaks for years. Always had a great experience (except for parking at their old downtown location). Recently lost the filling on a tooth they had fixed years ago, so I made an appointment to have it repaired. Had to wait several weeks-no problem as I figured they were busy, but after getting there I had an X-ray, Dr looked at tooth, sent me out. Charged $124 and had to make another appointment to actually fix the tooth in another three weeks. When I made the appointment I told them I lost a filling and needed it repaired! So I wasted gas, travel time and 70 miles on my vehicle for what? My concern is that I could do more damage to the tooth in the next few weeks. I had requested Dr Johnson the first time (she had worked on another tooth last year and she was AWESOME) but she is no longer there. I get the time constraints due to the pandemic but not everyone lives a few mintes away,

Had to bring in my 13 yr. old son . Bad tooth ache. On Friday September 10 2021 He got Dr. Caldon. He and his staff were great,friendly,kind. My son ended up having 2 molars removed. He didn't feel a thing. On Saturday the next day we received a call from Dr. Caldon.( from his personal phone) to just to check on his progress. Just made our day Thank you all for the wonderful experience 💘

When they actually hold to your appointments, they are great. I know that COVID has certainly impacted dentistry, however, my kids and I keep having appointments rescheduled. Today when they called to reschedule appointments once again, they suggested we be seen elsewhere because they would not be able to get us in again for another 8 months. If you want regular dental check-ups, I recommend going elsewhere. I think they have taken on way too many clients. We are changing dentists, our dental health is too important.

Yesterday morning I had a root canal, two good size fillings and 8 or so small fillings done. I honestly don't know if I would have needed aspirin later that day, and today I feel great! I am very impressed with the quality of service at High Peaks Dental. The employees are about as friendly and caring as you will find anywhere, The Doctors are very skilled, and I found the experience to be all but pain free. The Doctor even called me at 7:30 that evening to make sure that I was doing alright! I am very happy to have made High Peaks Dental a part of my future, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
