They reported me to a collections agency for a bill I was never given or notified about. The first I knew about the bill was from receiving a collections notice. Luckily I was able to contact the collections agency and pay it before it was reported to the credit bureaus. I definitely won't be going here anymore though and risking my credit. I've heard of a number of other people having similar issues with them.

I can't think of any problems with high peaks dental and I have had horrendous issues with dentists in the past. Last year I had a lot of work done and for the first time I didn't dread the next visit...I will go back when finances allow. My daughter aged 10 had her second visit this week...so happy there is a pediatric dentist on board now. Annalie and I both approve. She is new but very knowledgeable and thorough as well as friendly. And...I'm sorry I don't do well with names ..on the first visit she had the best hygienist. ..she really put us at ease...blonde hair...sorry that's all I got. Best of all...it is very obvious that they work aso a team and everything seems to run so smoothly. We will move on to her older sister soon.
Need to update review after visit a couple of months ago...?? sept 2018. The quality and friendliness of staff still there ..but as for the affordability it is shot. I called for a broken tooth. I have been a patient for some time as have my two children...we have guardian insurance through their father's employer. When I called I was told that I hadnt been in for 2 years... my tault ..I had no idea. I was also told that I had a balance due..I dont rwmember any notices but ok. The person on the phone asked if I could take of it while on phone ( ?? exact amount but a couple of hundred dollars I believe) .She did accept that I would pay prior to being seen the day of my appointment. That day, after paying, I was seen for a very short exam..quick peak by assistant, xray of broken tooth, and the quick eval by the dentist ...( who I ADORE btw..nice, funny and a good dentist). Then no treatment because in came the financial person with estimates..for this half of a tooth..visible only with a very wide smile. It could be insurance changes..although I have been bringing kids on sched. But estimate ..to extract a small partial tooth was $1223 ...after insurance. They could TRY to save with root canal with the low low price of $2300. ...but since I am not having pain and xray looked like it should be touching nerve it may not work. But to try ..$2300... So I left ..saying I had to think about it...checking out..they didnt collect money the receptionist telling me that it was a basic exam ..insurance would cover it. Well the total exam was 130 I believe..days later I receive bill for $76. ...20 min exam...first xray in 2 years. So I am now loiking for dentist that can help me with helo long term..incl short term payment plan for implants, veneers or even perm dentures..as the few upper teeth I have remaining are so weak. So..since I cant even afford routine care at High Peaks...I wont be going back. My children recently saw orthdonist (great payment plan) ...braces go on in 2+ weeks..in meantime we need ro see oral surgeon twice...consult next week and then they will need some extractions. High Peaks Dental was send notes from visit with orthodontist out of courtesy..they promptly called to schedule a hygeine visit to stay on sched...2 oral surg visits before braces on 15th....no time and no reason but thank you. I really am not sure what is going on there..but recently I have not been hearing great things and I know several people that have switched dentists. I wont venture a guess but this is one of three more...heading out. So ...star ratings ..won't change..since we will no longer be gping there...did like my dentist there and their ped dentiat and most employees...but who can afford all of that?

I went to high peaks dental for the first time today. I have a huge fear of the dentist and I can not even begin to describe the care I received there. Everyone went above and beyond to ease my fears. It was a fantastic experience and I will be going back !!! Thank you high peaks dental for restoring my faith in the dentist !!!

Hands down worth every penny! I’m terrified of the dentist and they made me feel comfortable and were so delicate. Such kind and skilled staff, I would recommend them to anyone!

I was in need of a crown repair! I was offered same day appointment but due to my schedule I could not make it that day. Was fit with an appointment 2 days later, one that fit with my schedule. The repair was fast, painless and successful. Everyone was friendly from the phone call to the end of the appointment.

i called first thing in am the 29th of august and got in same day no hassles .... it was an emergency !! the ladies at the desk are wonderful!! the Dental Hygienist i had was such a sweet heart she made me feel so comfortable... the place is beautiful .. no dentist smell .. and the dentist is **FANTASTIC** he fixed my broken tooth and he made me comfortable because i am afraid of needles and the Dental Hygienist i had she was such a great person she talked to me the whole time made me feel so comfortable .....my tooth it looks amazing he is GREAT the place is GREAT .... i a trillion times recommend going to this dentist office ... the atmosphere and people are just WONDERFUL!!!!! i would give 10 STARS if i could !!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Caldon is amazing! I had 4 teeth fixed and never felt a thing. The staff is all so nice and I highly recommend! I will never go anywhere else now!

My insurance company informed me they were billed twice for a root canal on the same tooth, obviously they declined it the second time because they already paid once. Insurance company recommended I find a different dentist.

Doc O was great didn't feel the numbing at all he talked his way through every step and contiunessly said my name. The assistant Alicia was also amazing because she was right on Q with all the tools and knowledge.
