Bayfront Dental PC- Shaesta Najeem DDS

To start off with I honestly love how awesome they are, they took care of me from the beginning coming from another dentist office in bad shape. We are doing a root canal as you know it is broken down in 3 appointments and I have to say what a great experience and job the Doctor and her assistant have done. They work great and had no problem making me feel comfortable, relaxed. The doctor is easygoing and super nice explaining everything. I’m so happy I found them I would recommend them to anyone!!

Bayfront Dental staff has been a pleasure to work with- from the moment I was calling around looking for dentist (I had been calling for two days). My original dentist had been dropped by my insurance. So I was BEYOND frustrated- and this was the last place on my list.
To finally hear a friendly, professional voice was awesome. He told me when to call back to try to get an appointment as a new patient. I did as instructed super easy..
So on appointment day I arrive:
Office staff- is quick, friendly, professional.
my dental hygienist Lynn was just as friendly, and professional..
Dr. Najeem is great as well. In my first visit it was discovered I needed a cavity filled. They got me in within 2 weeks. Dr. Najeem had me in and out within 30 min.
Definitely recommend this practice to others.. I have ALWAYS been one who had high anxiety before going to the dentist, but going here- to such great staff makes it much easier..

I have such a fear of the dentist however this office has made it where I am comfortable each visit. There is such a personable friendly staff that welcomes you. The office is clean and comfortable. The dentist is so gentle and efficient. I highly recommend this office to family and friends!

This was my family's first visit with Bayfront Dental and our experience was amazing! The office was so neat and clean. The people working there were so nice! The Dental hygienist Nancy was amazing, so sweet and funny! She made my children feel so comfortable. We are so happy we came here and will continue to for all of our Dental needs for sure!

I hated going to the dentist all my life. I would always be in so much pain getting anything done to my teeth. BUT I decided to go here and let me tell you I have had the best experience ever. The Dr. is the greatest I’ve ever had! She is very kind. She always lets me know what she is doing before she does it. The staff are very caring, kind, and very clean! I would recommend for anyone is who looking for something new or even the first time.

Most amazing people i have ever come across. My 4 year old daughter Lydia asks to go to the dentist everyday! They are great with me and my daughter. She had 4 cavities and they are so gentle she didn't even need novacaine!!! They didn't use anything on her... No numbing agent or gas or anything! Drug free and calm environment for children. The dentist in the office also has a degree in psychology too and that makes a huge difference. She comes into my room and communicating with me and relating to me in ways any other dentist never has, then you hear her go to another patient and adjusting to them and their personality. Its amazing how she relates to each patient! I hate every dentist and I love going here. I will never go to another dentist and I refer all my friends family and anyone whom wants a great dentist and great dental work!

I have been seeing Dr. Najeem for years. She has taken great care of me and my family. Her staff are always friendly and helpful. I have recommended many friends to her and they have all had great experiences. As for her waiting room being kid friendly, she had 2 big screen TV's put in and the waiting room is large and easy for kids to play in. The waiting time is not exceptionally long in my opinion and my children have never complained. If you're looking for a dentist who cares deeply about her patients and will do everything she can to help you and your family with you dental needs then this is the place to go.

Dr. Najeem and the hygienists here are wonderful.. Even the office staff are always cheerful and pleasant. The office and exam room are super clean, high tech, and comfortable. My boys, ages six and almost three, actually enjoy the dentist even after the older one had to have 2 of his baby teeth removed due to a condition called "shark teeth"!! Dr. Najeem is very gentle and when I had to have a cavity filled she positioned her hands in a manner that I couldn't even see the needle or anything. I would absolutely recommend her and her practice to anyone ever. Thanks bayfront for taking care of our teeth!!

This was the most unacceptable experience I have had anywhere. Just as offices started opening up after COVID I had a dental appointment. My hygienist reeked of smoke and was coughing all over the place! Leaning over my face as a patient masked or not, I was mortified! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in an oral hygiene environment. Additionally on my very next appointment. I was 5 minutes late and that told me I needed to reschedule because they were short a hygienist. Again, this has never happened to me at any other medical facility. It is ok when they make you wait but you can’t make them wait 5 minutes. Aside from the fact that 104 is crazy busy! Left work early for this appointment . They wouldn’t accommodate. The receptionist was extremely rude. I will not be back here!
