Yesterday was my first visit to this dentist but I have been taking my kids to them for a while now they are polite and very detailed they explained everything to me that needed to be done in detail, they have clean offices and exam rooms everything is neat and orderly by far one of the best experiences I have had with a dentist office. The staff arevery kind and always smiling.

Julie the office manager and the staff are the best I go there my girlfriend goes there both my daughters go there.... now my parents, brother and his kids go there also.. Julie work at my old dentists office and i witched to bay-front because of Julie

Everyone there does excellent dental work. Me and my girlfriend had refilling work done the same day and it our teeth came out excellent with no pain afterwards. Glad my aunt recommended me to her!

Had a great experience here today!!!! All the staff were amazing, my hygienist was patient and very knowledgeable and doctor was great!!! I have a fear of the dentist, but they definitely made it comfortable and made me feel better about coming !

You are not allowed to go into the exam room with your child! Also, the office manager is rude and condescending! The first time we missed two appointments in six years (2 children who are patients) we were told that we were now on a waiting list and can NEVER make an appointment. WOW-I would not suggest this place at all! They also don't do a thorough job. I almost feel like I can pretend to play dentist and collect insurance payments too!

Most unprofessional office staff! Kicked my Mom out because she doesn't text. They say she agreed to accept texts! She.Dosn't.Text. Horrible service! Kept me on hold for 10 Minutes while they confirmed to hat the SENT the text! She doesn't text! They could have kept a patient if they just suggested listing a texter (me, a texter, HIPPA approved) and I could have reminded her. The office manager said it was EXHAUSTING doing her job! I fell sorry for the dentist, but yet, she hired them! Beware of Bayfront Dental

I am always terrified of going to the dentist. I was super comfortable. I have severe anxiety issues, and they really helped ease my worry just by being patient and understanding. The xray technician was super nice, and made me feel so welcome hw was who i saw for most of my visit. I did meet the dentist. I called at 10:30am and had an appointment as a new patient by 11:15am bc i have a cracked tooth that is exposing a nerve, very painful. They referred me to 2 different places to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted at once. The decor of the office feels very inviting, and it's also pristine. I would reccomend going here, they accepted my medicaid with bc/bs blue choice option when a lot of other dental offices don't.
