Staff was friendly and helpful, office was clean and pleasant and the doctor was helpful and concise in delivery of the information she gave me. I plan to be there again and I imagine my experience will be much the same. A good place for what I'm looking in to for my teeth.

Can I just tell you how dentists give me SO MUCH anxiety, it's really not funny. So when I was at another practice, (ahem... WNY Dental) it made it that much worse. I just didn't feel comfortable there. At all. I looked for dentists that accepted my insurance as I had to get my wisdom teeth out. Yikes! Needless to say, with my anxiety it wasn't going to be the ones who kept cancelling my appointments and in general didn't seem to care about anything but $$$. I'm SO GLAD AND THANKFUL I found Greece Family. I literally had NO pain with my procedure, and when I came in that day (SUPER EMOTIONAL, lol) they treated me with respect and patience. One of the SUPER wonderful ladies even held my hand, and rubbed my head, just like a mom would. My anxiety has been reduced and they found a client for LIFE.

Everyone was wonderful; the staff was welcoming and the environment was lovely. However, I was disappointed that they didn't clean my teeth on the first visit. There was a meeting with the dentist and x-rays, but no actual cleaning so I had to make a follow-up appointment. At my age I don't really want to talk about my feelings around my teeth, all I want is a cleaning so I can be on my way and set for 6 months.

I was there for a Pre-Op Appointment. John ,the technician , was very informative with information pertaining to my up-coming dental surgery. He showed me the dentures I will receive after the extraction of 12 teeth, explained the procedures I will expect to receive, and what I can and can’t due at home in the weeks following the surgery. He also took me to see the doctor that will be doing the surgery. All in all a great meeting.

Hands down the best dental care I’ve ever received. Staff is very nice and polite. Unlike most dental practices Greece Family Dentistry has your best interest at heart and will not over charge or charge you for work that is not needed. 10/10 recommend!! I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with dentist throughout the years which has caused massive dental anxiety and lead me to avoiding the dentist for as long as I possibly could. Erin and Christina literally held my hand through the whole appointment. They were more than understanding and did anything they could to make me feel comfortable!
