My first visit will unfortunately be my last. I waited over an 1/2 hour to be seen. While waiting I witnessed a patient storm out of the office and staff were noticeably upset. When I was taken to the back there was much confusion. The hygienist was not aware why I was there and it turns out my appointment was scheduled with the wrong dentist. When she attempted to take X-rays and was not familiar with the machines I asked if she was new and she denied it. I was not comfortable with everything that had taken place so I politely informed her I was going to leave because I was not comfortable. The staff were polite but clearly the day was not going smoothly for the office and I did not appreciate having so much confusion around my appointment.

The last experience i had at EASTMAN DENTAL was the worst experience of my life. I came to this dentist with a fear of the dentist office all together. When j walked into this office it was beautiful! It was clean, refreshing and felt very professional. This dentist office couldnt be more accommodating, caring and mindful of my fears and pain i was in. EVERYONE in the office was kind and took the time to explain everything and ask me how i was feeling and what my fears were. Thank you Jaden for taking the time to make sure this was a great experience. Amazing 5 stars all the way and would recommend to anyone.

I am very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff at this dental practice! I had bridgework done and when I went to have the permanent bridge inserted, the color did not quite match my other (natural) teeth (this was no fault of theirs -- the bridge was made in an outside lab). The dentist, along with his hygienist, spent time with me reviewing the options I had and sincerely wanted to ensure I had a positive experience. They offered a solution that was appropriate and quite generous and I left feeling valued as a patient. Give this dental practice a try -- you will not be disappointed!

I went back on June 15, 2021, for a root canal. A total of two and a half hours. I felt no pain and only had three shots that didn’t hurt. Doctor was able to safe my recent $700 crown during this procedure. Doctor took several X-rays during the procedure to make sure all was good with the root and canal. All this made me feel at ease. Well, it was done and done correctly “Thank God” and “Thank Dr Garrera.” The dentistry is excellent; 5 stars, don’t hesitate.

Every person I talked with was great! Everyone with whom I interacted was kind, professional, and attentive. They really make you feel at home there. I had an almost perfect experience. I’m so glad I found this practice. I only rated 4 stars instead of 5 because there was malfunctioning equipment during my consultation appointment. When I was getting x-rays of my mouth the amazing doctor had to redo several shots at the end because of faulty equipment. She said it’s always like that. It seemed unprofessional because she made it seem like it’s a problem every day.
