I so don't look forward to going to the dentist..but my experience here really made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in their door! Jade was the young lady I spoke with on the phone, she was very kind and reassuring of my concerns and she was very attentive when I arrived. Everyone is welcoming and so pleasant, the atmosphere of the waiting room is very calming and comfortable, plus they offer coffee tea or water while you wait. I am so happy to have found Greece Family Dentistry because like it or not we all need to visit a dentist.

What a wonderful atmosphere. You can feel the love from the entire staff. I actually left the dentist office feeling happier than before I went in. It's bright, clean and my hygienist was amazing. She was wonderful .

My husband and I had our first visit this week & it was an amazing visit! Not only did they entertain my 4 year old with “chompers” the dog( I think) while I got x-rays but they also rocked my crying 3 month old while my husband got examined. My teeth felt amazing afterwards and they really explained in detail
What my treatment plans were and what steps I should take next ! I would definitely recommend Greece Family Dentistry to my family and friends!

My wife and I were searching for a new dentist and came across Greece Family Dentistry which is walking distance from our house. We started with consultation appointments. During our consultation appointments Shantel told me that they accept our insurance.(the actual answer was no) This however made us feel relieved because they wanted to reschedule us for follow up work to be done and our insurance covers us 100% and won't cost us a thing out of pocket (so we thought because they said they accepted our insurance). My wife had her appointment first and they charged her $649. I immediately contacted our insurance company who stated if we paid out of pocket they don't accept our insurance and we found out their not in network with our insurance so yes the answer was no to accepting our insurance. I'm not an insurance expert but when you say you accept insurance I'm assuming our coverage is good. I tried to save face and asked my insurance how they could become in network. I spoke to Shantel to explain how they could become in network and she stated they are not networking out to any insurance companies. Long story short they robbed us of $649 and don't seem to have any remorse for doing so. I am now ashamed that they are so close to our home and soon enough the neighbors will hear our story too.

Great dentist office! Everyone is friendly and they make you feel welcome. They give you a free mug at your first office visit which was thoughtful. Lady that works there named Jade was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my son with his insurance plan. His plan approved his procedures because of her follow up and hard work! I would recommend to my family and friends!
