Worst staff at any dental office. On Long Island. Front desk is rude argumentative and hangs up on customers. I was a patient for 10 years just trying to make an appointment. To have an exam to get me out of pain and they wanted a full medical clearance. Ridiculous you need a medical clearance which includes an EKG bloodwork with bloodwork results urinalysis and a chest x-ray. Just to go and see your dentist and possibly have your tooth pulled . And they expect you to get it all in one afternoon for your appointment the next day in the morning. Wish me luck getting all of that in one day. You only get a clearance like that when you are getting a operation . All this for novacain?

I’ve been going to A and B dental for almost 5 years now. I had gotten my top braces over three years now and nothing was ever done by the orthodontist. Last appointment I had found out my orthodontist was retiring and the front desk had told me they would contact me to find another orthodontist place for me to go to and it’s been 2 and a half months and they still didn’t contact me. Remind you I only have my top braces and have yet to get my bottoms and never once did they tighten them. I contacted the front desk today to ask them what’s going on and that it’s been way too long. The ONLY thing they did was end on my face and wouldn’t let me talk to their supervisor. They are VERY unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody or nor want anybody to experience the same thing I went through. They are so rude I’m disgusted.

Love this place! My children and I have been enjoying their services for many years now. Dr. Singh is fabulous with my children. I also think Dr. Markowitz is great, it helps that we take care of our teeth. Wish I knew this as a kid but...at least my children know what I learned later in life. Anyway, Nick and Chris are also both very friendly and help make our experiences favorable. I was there today and I'll be back on Monday for whitening and fluoride treatments.

Dr. Markowitz is fair, honest and straight forward. He lets you know what’s wrong and give you the best course of action to get your problem fixed and feeling better fast! Chris the hygienist is awesome! He is gentle and leaves your mouth feeling 100 times better than when he found it lol. Also, a big yankee fan which was a plus for me! This place is the place to go if your having any type of tooth or mouth pain for sure!

This place is within walking distance and the whole staff is thorough and professional. Dr. Singh especially recently gave me new uppers which look great. I’m very pleased and highly recommend all the dentistry work performed here.

I originally called this office as a brand new patient, over 4th of July weekend, with horrible tooth pain in an existing filling. They got me into the office within 36 hours and took care of the infection. Ultimately, the tooth was pulled and replaced with an implant over the next few months.
Everyone in this office has been wonderful. Supportive, caring and understanding that some of us have an unnatural fear of dental work.
