For being a new patient at A&B Dental. They are very welcoming, clean, fast, and honest about giving you their best advice on what you need to fix your teeth and take better care of them.

Had to file a report with the BBB and insurance company. Never had to file a complaint on a dental office in my life. Be prepared to wait at least and hour in this office and be well expected not to get the proper treatment you deserve as a Patient. The employees are cursing at each other in front of Patients. Free willing to call out a Patients first and Last name out knowing we have the HIPAA law. In the dental industry we learn to understand our Patients. Not to start a treatment and kick them out while the treatment hasn’t even finished. My son is 12 and he had what we would call braces or shall I say brackets. I was told the Dr. was going to work on his first time putting in braces for an hour, well I waited and hour. Got called and they spent 15mins on him. Put the first brackets on top and sent him out the door. Never finished the bottom portion never explained to me what the next procedure was either. Booked an appointment one week after the first and they switched my time on my son. When I got there they told me I was suppose to be in at 9:30am. But she did mention how I had no worries because he was still going to see my Son. 30mins later I was called to reschedule. Reschedule to sept 17th. Never got the braces put on. My son looks foolish with unfinished braces in his mouth. Do you want to hear the solution the office manager had for me???
Well ma’ am we will refund your money and you can find another dental office. So your kicking my son out the dental office? No ma’am not just him, the WHOLE family. What kind of solution is that. What kind of office manager kicks a child with unfinished work out the office over something the office itself messed up. If you want to have an office that has no respect for you or your children then this is the right one. At least where I work at our managers make sure that all our patients leave happy and never once had to kick anyone out over nothing. This office is insane and the people working in it isn’t any better. Good luck on your visit. My advise, stay away or call Another dental office where Their known to treat Patients as they should.
If your smart you won’t waist your time coming to this office. Office manager who is suppose to have good Customer service is the worst. At least Betsy knew how to control herself and she should be an office manager.

I was seen promptly, also given the care and treatment to make sure my experience went without incident. Fantastic staff with joyful surroundings. If all my doctors office visit goes this well I will have a better life. Good day and God bless.

I have been to this practice multiple times. My initial visit was for a general checkup and to address a painful molar. I think the visit went fairly well and seemed rather routine.. xrays, recommendations for root canal, cleaning, an extraction, etc. and then wait for approval from insurance. I returned for two root canals (my first) and the visits were amazingly pain free! The doctor that did my root canals too his time, explained everything, made sure I was as comfortable as possible and did a wonderful job. It took several visits to complete because there was healing time, a temporary crown and then my permanent crown... except my painful molar wasn't addressed. I returned to inquire and was informed that they hadn't submitted for approval on that tooth, so now they submit to insurance and I wait again. Insurance denies the root canal on the molar so I have to schedule for an extraction. Well, they only do extractions on Thursdays so I have to wait three weeks and it can't be with the same doctor because he only does root canals there. So my three weeks pass and I begin one of the worst dental experiences of my life. The staff was very nice as usual and brought me back to a room and applied a topical while I waited for the dentist. The man comes in, doesn't introduce himself or say much of anything other than asking if I have any "foreign parts" in my leg because I use a cane. He then gives me some of the most painful injections I have ever received. I am no stranger to dental work, nor pain. I've had a spinal tap that hurt less than this. Then he leaves the room for 45 minutes. No one comes to check on me to see if I'm numb. No one even checks to see if I'm still there or alive. After 45 minutes, he comes back and I tell him that the bottom tooth is fairly numb, but I still have feeling in the top tooth. He disregards me saying that my lip up top won't be numb and I clarify that it's the gums around that tooth that I still have feeling in. He pokes me with an instrument a couple of times around the tooth and shoots some more Novocaine into the area - unbelievably the injections are still incredibly painful in a supposedly "numbed" area. Then, without waiting for the new injections to actually do anything, he starts to crank on my not numb tooth to try to extract it. I made a noise because of the pain and he proceeded to scold me "don't yell, we have other patients here". At this point, I decided enough was enough. I refused to let him continue and left and I will not be returning. My face was so painful that I could barely eat hours after just from the injections he gave me and I also got a headache from it. It's been nearly 24 hours now and I'm still in pain just from the injections he gave. I do not recommend having any extractions there unless you like being butchered. I only wish I could give you his name so you could avoid him, but he never introduced himself. EDIT: upon searching through the dentists at this practice, the butcher's name is Thomas Riutta.

My kids see Dr Singh and they love coming here. Hes very nice and explains everything about their dental visit to them in detail so they wont be afraid. The dental exam room is very kid friendly with all the posters and stickers. Great place to bring children for dental needs.

I love this dentist! The staff is always so informational and caring about each patient! I'm actually excited to see them every year for a cleaning and hear that I'm a "boring" patient because my teeth are clean. I highly recommend them
