I just want to remember that before obtaining a service we want to know the opinion of previous clients/patients; the internet tool gives us a perfect picture of how any company is doing in terms of service/quality. Although, unlike other clients, I didn't have a bad experience with any of the staff, just that the basic cleaning work (in my case) TO THE KIDS WAS EXTREMELY QUICK, SO THEY WERE TERRIFIED and expressed it to me that way. More than the intention of looking for conflicts, see it as the perfect opportunity to improve in that sense and DEDICATE THE TIME THAT EACH PATIENT, EACH CASE DESERVES; be child, youth, adult or old man. Thank you!

Waited over an hour from my appointment time to be seen. Pretty sure if I didn't ask the front desk how long it would take, they would have forgotten about me. Meanwhile people who walked in with me as well as people that walked up to 40 minutes after me went right in to be seen. After I finally got seen everything went a bit more normally, but didn't make up the feeling of being ignored for an hour. Took almost 2 hours for 1 visit without a cleaning

We had a great experience with our doctor, the gentleman who cleaned her teeth was Chris and he was very friendly and thorough. Overall I give a five out of five to the doctors however we did have to wait 50 minutes after our booked appointment.

It was my first time at A&B Dental, receptionist were very nice! I wasn't waiting long, which is a plus since I have little kids. The doctor I meet with listened to me and I didn't feel rushed. All and all a great experience.

I went in today for my 6 month checkup and cleaning. Dr. Markowitz is so friendly and answers all question. My hygienist, Chris, is the BEST. There is another hygienist there that causes so much pain, so I specifically ask for Chris because he is thorough, friendly and does not cause any pain or discomfort at all. I will book with Chris for every cleaning going forward.
