First, I have never had to wait, his office runs like clockwork. Second, everyone is so calm and courteous that you actually feel like you've known them forever. When the appointment was made it was done very personally and professionally. I received a reminder and I had to make a change. The change was accommodated easily to work with my schedule.
Upon arrival I was greeted by name and given clear information as to what I would be expecting with regard to timing and treatment.
The dental service was very professional in all aspects and my comfort during the visit was certainly being considered by all of the professionals involved.
On my second visit it was just as professional and accommodating.
Dr. Ratner gave me detailed and comprehensive information as to what I needed to do in the future. He took all the time I needed to understand and made me feel like I was being properly cared for by a well educated and informed team.
