I went to this "dr" for severe face and neck pain, and he told me that if spent thousands of dollars on dental treatment that my neck pain would improve, meanwhile I had a tmj, myofacial pain syndrome and said we should bypass the trigger point injections and go straight to the cavities. He lied and said my cone scan/cat scan was normal but when I got my records it clearly stated that my condyle was out of position but since he could make much more filling my cavities, he chose to dismiss me and literally rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to address my chief complaint. My mother in law is a dentist and I had her check his plan and she agreed that my cavities had nothing to do with my neck pain and may not even need to be filled. Meanwhile he tried to charge me thousands of unnecessary work. I'm truly saddened by the state that medicine has become, this dentist knew I was in severe pain and instead of treating me for something that would not have been as profitable he chose to forgo and ignore my chief complaint only to fatten his pocket. I dont even care about the money, I'm more upset that he couldn't find a solution for something he supposedly specialized in. I have been in increased pain ever since I went to him. I regret the day I say him and would never recommend him!

Be careful with this dentist. I was left with a double bacterial infection in my tooth this dentist cost me thousands out if pocket by the doctor never complained can but they DID not fit me in there appointment when i was in need. This happened twice....It was an emergency..they said they can not help me. Been a patient for nine years . Lost of words and thousands out of pocket....

When I went here, my teeth were cleaned. Aftewards, i got a very nice goodie bag. I highly recommend you go here to treat your teeth. They give away free chapstick, free pens, and free mints. Very beautiful center.

going to the dentist has always been a high anxiety deal for me.....I have been going to Dr. Ratner for around 3 years.....and I am very pleased ......he does great work..........but what I am most thankful for is how Dr. Ratner and his whole team work together and go out of their way to make sure I feel comfortable and calm.....
