Love this office. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Each time I come there I am greeted by first name whether it is Debra or Dr Ratner himself. Truly is an exceptional experience, the name fits the bill.

I have been a patient of Dr Craig for many years now, and I compare him with his dad Dr. Steven with whom I had been a patient since he started his practice. The apple does not fall far from the tree. Dr Craig rates 100% in my opinion. He also has the advantage of employing the very latest dental equipment and techniques. His staff is also top notch.

Ever since I was a teenager I had always suffered teeth problems, root canals, dry sockets, cavities, etc..I had them all. As an adult I felt it was time to stop the madness and I was running out of healthy teeth. I came to Dr. Ratner who listened to my story and helped me decide on a solution. Well, not only to my surprise was the Doctor and his staff warm, caring, compassionate people, they really knew their business and certainly put the "Exception" in Exceptional Dentistry..I will never go anywhere else!! I can smile with confidence once again!! And no pain!!! : ).

Update 12/1/18: A small cavity was found during a routine check-up & cleaning. Today it was removed in less than 10 minutes! Amazing technology and excellent service! What else can you ask for..

Absolutely an excellent experience. Dr. Ratner and his entire staff show professionalism and courtesy. My husband and I have been patients of Dr.Ratner for many years and will be such for many years to come.I recently had a fall which caused traumatic injury to two of my teeth .His office was closed at this point and I called the emergency number on his office recording and left a message.Within 10 minutes Dr.Ratner called me and was kind enough to meet me at his office and give me the emergency care I so very needed!!His professionalism ,kindness and wonderful skills offered me the relief and ressurance that everything would be okay!!
