Very angry at the staff and the unexpected cost from their practice. Lack of familiarity and professionalism in insurance policy. How hard is it to just confirm the coverage and out-of-pocket expense with the insurance company for the patient they claimed "care" before the visit? The patient shouldn't just suffer and swallow the payback for the work they didn't do well and enough.
