no dentist could tell me why my teeth were rotten and breaking. for no reason I always try to care for my teeth by brushing and flossing and expensive toothpaste from the dentist my teeth even broke while brushing them so I gave up and haven’t been to a dentist In over 6 years my teeth were very poor and I knew 98% of them had to come out

Here is where I get told I have severe calcium deficiency and I should have been put on calcium pills when I got all my adult teeth as a Child and then my teeth might have had a fighting chance and that they were sorry I had to go through this at only 27 so now here I am with only 8 bottom teeth left with only two weeks to go until I get my full upper and partial bottom the
Recovery Plan sucks and it can take 2 months for my gums to fully heal but at the end I am thinking about a beautiful smile I haven’t had since my daughter was born that was 5 years ago everyone is so nice and none judgmental I can’t wait to go from this 😦 to this 😁

Pretty much the worst. The secretaries are rude, uneducated and lazy. The hygienist pulled off one of my veneers, told me to hold it in my hand, grabbed her purse and left. They prey on elderly and disabled patients. They’re terrible.

This place needs to SHUT DOWN. They are SCAMMING ELDERLY AND NEEDY PEOPLE! They need to be INVESTIGATED for MEDICARE and MEDICAID FRAUD! I don’t know how they sleep at night.
They have DESTROYED MY TEETH. Scammed me for hundreds of $$$$$. Wasted SO MUCH TIME. I went there for 5 years. They screwed up every time. The secretary does not have a brain in her head.

Please DO NOT go here!! They will do work on your teeth when your teeth are fine! I was suppose to go in for more cavity fillings back in January even though the woman already filled them a few months back. I knew I had to find another dentist because I was so sketched out! I went to a new dentist and they said I had no cavities but they had to repair my fillings since I already had a chip on my back tooth. If you have Medicaid they will do work on your teeth just to pocket the money. If you love your teeth avoid this place!!

A very unprofessional place!! I went to the office for a toothache to have my gray fillings pulled out to put white ones in only to have them fall out!! She cut my teeth down to match up my other teeth and messed all my other teeth up!! I have contacted my insurance company and put in a formal complaint against her as I tried to go to 2 other places to get my teeth fixed from the damage that Dr. Porter did just to be told once they asked who was responsible for the mess to my teeth that it was done by Dr. Porter at Dynamic Dental to be told that they would not fix the damage and to go back to the dentist that did this!!!! People if you value your teeth than I highly recommend that you don’t go to Dynamic Dental

I was a little nervous for my appointment due to all of the negative reviews on here, but I must say I do not know what they are talking about in the slightest bit. From the scheduling process, to the lady at the front desk to the two hygienists, to Dr Porter I had an amazing experience all around. Everyone was friendly and non-judgmental the entire time!
While I was there Dr. Porter even went in and took care of a patient that was fighting with the hygienist over having their teeth flossed during a cleaning appointment. She de-escalated the situation and allowed her hygienist to still be productive, but not have to deal with the difficult patient. Most doctors wouldn't take the time to discuss with the patient why its necessary and would just have the hygienists do the "lowly" work of dealing with the patient. I was very pleased with my visit!

The whole were very pleasant and squeezed me in so I would get my teeth pulled. Dr. Porter was amazing she made sure that I was well numbed up before she did anything. She is also very funny and treats you like more than just a patient. I would recommend this office to everyone.

I didnt even get the chance to go into the office. The receptionist was incompetent and exclaimed wow when I said I hadn't been to the dentist in 4 years. (Can't afford to go without insurance and took 3 months to find one that took medicaid that could get me in). She couldn't get my information right, had to tell her how to spell my name 3 times and correct her on my dob. She left me on hold for 20 minutes after taking my information. No explanation to why. Someone else picked up and asked if I was being helped I said they put me on hold she said ok and put me back on hold. After she picked up she talked to herself for another 5 minutes and then said ok I will call you back to set up an appointment after we verify your insurance. 40 minute phone call and I didnt even get an appointment. Then I saw all of the horrible reviews for the place and decided to take my chances somewhere else.

I just went to Adirondack Oral to get the rest of the root of my tooth that Dynamic Dental left in my mouth after getting a tooth pulled there in February. I was wondering why I was having pain in that spot cause I didn't know the root of my teeth was still in there, couldn't see it. I should've known by the way she was pulling my tooth out & breaking it all up in the process. Maybe I was her 1st patient, Idk but I do know that I will NEVER go to Dynamic Dental again.

I has to have a lot of teeth pulled. The dentist gave me the option of how many I wanted done that day and patiently pu up with me. I hate needles an pain. I even bit her quite a few times but she was really good and efficient. The guy assistant was very nice and a good person. After I was all done, he took wet paper towels and cleaned all the blood from my nace and neck that had gotten on me during the procedure. Together they make a great team. I would recommend them to anyone who needs extractions
