HORRIBLE!! while the staff seemed nice, i dont even know where to start with the dentist. Where to start.. he stabbed me in the tounge with the needle, told me it was my fault. then he did half a root canal all the while complaining about the pt in the next room how this man ruined his teeth with meth and how he was receiving free state dental care but didnt showed up for his last two appointments to get his two front teeth and how he (the dentist) would not get paid till the work was done but demanded that i pay for the entire root canal (that wasnt finished) and the crown that was going to be placed later immediatly. well as soon as the novicaine wore off i realized i could not close my teet because my "temp crown" was too high and the edge of it was sharp so it keep cutting my tounge. i had to tough that out over two days till they were open again and beg to be seen again becuase i was in pain, my face swollen my tooth still hurting. When dentist saw me and filed down the poor excuse for a temp (i later found out it was cracked and had a hole in it) he again told me it was my fault since i said it was ok before i left, my mouth was numb how the hell could i tell, hes the frickin dentist he should have checked my bite! so since he couldnt get that to fit he drilled my upper teeth a very expensive bridge to make his poor excuse for a temp fit!! Oh and did I mention that at this time he decided to tell me that I must need a root canal on the next tooth?!! Meanwhile my face is not getting better, i now have pus leaking out around the tooth since he capped it and packed it with god knows what and im still in pain. At this point i have decieded to see another dentist where i found out just how bad my "half done root canal was" and that my other tooth was just fine! i was put on a different antibotic and my face swelling, pain ect got better, then i had to have a real root canal. So I have contacted the office 3 times asking for the monye back for the work that they did not do (he did not finish the root canal nor place the crown that he had charged me for) since they made me pay inadvance and 3 times they have refused to even call me back. For the staff, im sorry you are forced to work there, must be very embarassing, for the dentist, karma dude ...

I had two crowns put in in May 2017. I had horrible gum pain from one of them, to the point I could barely eat for a week and a half. When I told them that I was experiencing pain they told me the gum just needed to heal.
The tooth was also so poorly shaped that large pieces of food were getting stuck near the gum line with every meal. The dentist told me my gum would fill it in. It definitely has not. It's a huge gap. We moved to Texas not too long after. The gum pain never went away. While it did subside, brushing hurt, eating hurt, flossing hurt. I went to a different dentist in Texas and he immediately identified the poor quality of work that has been done at Jefferson Dental.
Th crown that was causing gum pain was actually causing my gums to recede and I might have to have some gum restoration work done if they don't grown back on their own. The other crown that I had done at Jefferson Dental had a large horizontal fracture in it due to poor contacts. So after 4 months both crowns are being completely replaced, when they should have lasted for years.
I just spoke with Kimberly from their office and when I told her what happened all she said was "I'll put a note in your file." She didn't even try to apologize or ask a single question about it.

Don't go here. It's a waste of time and money.

We did have an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. It took us about 45 Minutes before we were Seen. We have money and are willing to pay out of pocket but the dentist Wasn't willing to work on our teeth because we had prior work done by dentist overseas.

Ok . So I've had some pain in my mouth for quite some time due to impacted teeth and then two of my teeth broke recently . In the spring it was hurting so bad I tried to get help from several other dentists . They all wanted to pull 8 teeth from my mouth that weren't even causing pain before they would even address the ones that were unbearable to function with . After getting no help I went to Walmart and bought some stuff and tried to manage . Then one of my teeth broke off more and I wanted to die . I went to the er . They gave me pain meds and antibiotics and told me to call a dentist in the morning to get an emergency appointment . So I tried all the dentists in the area and none would or could help for weeks or not at all . I was so upset . So I went on google and found Jefferson Dental . I told them the issues . They agreed to see me right away!! I was shocked . They got me in looked at my mouth and seen that I was in pain. I brought all my X-rays and info from my previous visits with other dentists so they knew exactly what to do . They told me to come back as there was an opening later in the day due to a cancellation . Now I should add that I have extreme anxiety and have never really had work done on my teeth . So I expressed my concerns when I came back and they were actively listening and showed concern . They worked on my mouth pulled a tooth and fixed the ones that were causing me so much pain . It took like an hour . They told me what they were doing step by step and told me what to expect . Made sure they properly numbed my mouth as to not experience any pain . And they took excellent care of me . I am so so thankful . The assistant was very communicative and they both worked so well together . He told me how to properly care for my mouth after the procedure and told me what was needed for my mouth to feel and be so much healthier . I plan to schedule all my appointments there in the future. They are wonderful people and I'm so grateful for their compassion and expertise:). Thanks so much !! -Denyall Ball

Dentist was awful. Tried to tell me I needed bunch of work that I recently had done first time went it I waited for 45 minutes to even get in. Then I scheduled for a filling to be replaced and I went in there and he told me they he can’t fill it that we have to wait to see if the crown was covered by my insurance which I had just used the same insurance to get a crown covered and kept trying to do a filling on the other side of my mouth because there was silver fillings and he wanted to switch them to white fillings. and then said when he opens it up I may need a route canal. Which was already previously done on that tooth. He barley speaks English and like I said do not go to him. He’s trying to take your money and legit do work that isn’t even needed on your mouth. On top of that didn’t have a dental hygentist to clean my teeth he “cleaned” them he put a few things on my teeth and said they were clean which was not done properly as well there was still tarter build up on my teeth. Worst dentist I ever went too

my nephew went here and no one at this place ever said they dont accept his insurance. they waited until after the 2nd appointment (1st was a school check up and 2nd was a filling) to say anything and then tried to make my sister and brother in law to pay the bill in full out of pocket. then gave them a hard time about them not being able to pay it in full right then and there. needless to say i was about to drive an hour to take my kids to this dentist but instead will be letting all friends and family know to stay the hell away from this place.

The dentist is extremely rude and belittling. My son had a couple cavities and he pretty much called me a bad parent.
