My last visit here was extremely frustrating and my prior visit wasn’t exactly pleasant, either. I first came to this office when I had a persistent pain in one of my teeth…the pain wasn’t unbearable, it was just somewhat annoying and I was concerned because it had been persisting for several months. I was very surprised when they told me that I was going to need a root canal because my tooth was cracked. I was somewhat annoyed by my visit because every person that came to see me seemed like they were in a hurry to look at my mouth as fast as possible so that they could move on to the next patient quickly. The rooms are all open and interconnected as well and all of these factors caused me to feel like I was just a number on a conveyor belt of patients. I went back a couple of months later because the tooth was still causing me problems—it was hurting even worse than before I’d had the root canal. I arrived on time and waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes before being called in and I was sat in an exam chair for another hour and a half. Someone came in to check on me every once in a while, but overall I was only actually seen by someone for a total of 15 minutes in a 2 hour period. When I had called to schedule the appointment, I informed the receptionist that I was experiencing persistent pain in the same tooth that I had received a root canal in only a couple of months prior. However, by the end of my appointment I was told that they would have to reschedule me for an appointment with the root canal specialist. I asked them why I hadn’t been scheduled with the root canal specialist in the first place, since my complaint at the time of booking was that I was having pain in a tooth they’d done a root canal on…all they could say was that they were going to have to talk with their receptionist about it. So, ultimately, I spent 2 hours in their office with only 15 minutes of actual attention from a doctor or a tech, and at the end of it was told that I was going to have to come back later to see the person that I should’ve been scheduled with in the first place. I complained on my way out to the office manager and she offered to comp my visit, for which I was very grateful. She also explained that the reason I was left waiting for so long was because there was an urgent situation with another patient that took extra time to address. I don’t think its fair for one patient to receive sub par service in order for another patient to receive exceptional care. I believe they should have been more responsible in creating their booking schedule instead of just booking as many patients as possible & not planning ahead for the potential of unexpected situations. I have thought about this for a couple of months since and I’m still not comfortable returning to this dental office. I never did return to see the root canal specialist because I was still really uncomfortable with my treatment I had received. After thinking about it for a couple of months I have determined that I will not be returning to this dental office because I simply do not feel that they value their patient’s time or experience. I will be seeking out another dental office that will hopefully respect my time better and treat me with more hospitality and respect.

On the first day of our vacation, a front tooth came off of my dentures. It happened after closing hours so I waited until they opened in the morning. They were all so kind and helpful. Within 2 hours I had my smile back--they did an amazing job. It really saved our vacation!!

Would be zero starts. This place caused me extreme paid due to the dentist not knowing how to extract teeth causing me to wait two months to get them surgically extracted after she broke them all. Fast forward a few months a tooth I paid to have extracted is still broken in my mouth and they refuse to look at it because now they said I owe them money after I paid my part already. How can you say I owe anything when you didn’t do what my insurance paid you thousands for? Crooks that are getting another malpractice suit

The staff and doctor were great. I understand businesses are short staffed but just try to keep peoples appointments the time they are supposed to be. My appointment was at 9:45am, I didn’t go back until 10:15am. When I make appointments I make them and base my whole day around them.

I really didn’t think I was going to like it, but I was shocked. Liz was the dental assistant, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and the financial person explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable. This was my first visit. I am hopeful the rest of my visits will be this great.

Made an appointment for an emergency that happened over the weekend. I was willingly to pay out of pocket. First the lab tech doesn’t work on Saturdays ok they might repair it but I would need X-rays and consultation $$$$???so I asked for a Monday apt and the receptionist stated, “ we don’t know if we can fix the tooth on Monday but we can do w rays and consultation, $1000 or more worth of nothing! Told me it would take numerous appointments.
