As a patient of Chestnut Family Dentistry I am so EXCITED about new technology! Dr. Willoughby completed the NIGHTLASE treatment on me more than a month ago. I am happy to say that I am snoring less and I feel like my breathing is better during the day. I would encourage anyone who has a problem with snoring to consider having the NIGHTLASE procedure done. I only experienced the sensation of a dry, sore throat afterwards!

Dr Willoughby is extremely conscientious about her care. I’ve been with her now for over 5 years and my teeth and gums are in excellent condition. She has replaced several crowns for me and has the state of the art equipment to make the crowns on site. Her staff is always friendly and competent. I highly recommend her practice!
By the way, I just read the bad review below mine and I can’t imagine that it could be true! Dr. Willoughby and her staff are as courteous and professional as can be and I have never seen any dissection among them.

Dr. Willoughby always seemed distracted when she treated me. Her work is very expensive and mediocre. She put 4 front tooth crowns in my mouth and they popped out one by one within a year! She had trouble placing the crowns right from day 1. I had to go to another dentist who repaired her shoddy work.

If I could have clicked on 0 stars I would have. My experience in this office was unsatisfactory! I had to wait an extremely long time in the lobby before I was ever seen. I then overheard Cammie the front receptionist complaining about the hygienist which is Kendall and even witnessed Cammie hiding supplies from Kendall. Staff was terribly rude, I was not greeted when I walked in. I also witnessed Dr. Willoughby talking badly of her staff. I Highly do NOT recommend this office. Since I have left this office I do highly recommend Zoe dental instead!

I have been a patient of Dr. Willoughby for approximately 3 years. Her professionalism and that of her staff are outstanding. I also love that they have state of the art equipment for faster service. Dr. Willoughby and her staff are extremely friendly and very thorough in their work. I personally have found that I get immediate answers to most questions. If her staff clean your teeth or work on another issue in your mouth, Dr. Willoughby will double check their work before you leave, to ensure it was to her satisfaction, and yours. I recommend her to my friends and acquaintances whenever the opportunity arises. Thank you Dr. Willoughby for making me feel special whenever I am there, as you do with all your patients.

The office and medical team were very aware of and taking great care with exposure precautions. I felt completely safe. I don’t dread going to the dentist, but I don’t relish it either. The dental hygienist, Kristy, was so gentle and thorough. Dr. Willoughby was also gentle and personable. I highly recommend this group and have already scheduled my next apt!

Each and every time I visit Dr. Bare, I continue to be amazed by and thankful for the welcome that I receive. I have to admit that I had bad anxiety about going to the dentist. My past experiences weren't good at all. It would get to the point that I thought my heart would beat out of my chest or stop all together.
When I started seeing Dr. Bare, I still had that bad anxiety. A few visits later, that have included having teeth pulled and some filled, I have no anxiety when seeing Dr. Bare. I know that she and her staff will take excellent care of me. This most recent visit, I was so relaxed that I could have taken a nap while she was working on my filling! It is amazing to feel that level of trust with my dentist.
There is no where else I will go for my dental needs. If you are looking for a dentist, I strongly encourage you to make that first visit and see for yourself the amazing people working together as a family to make our lives a just a little better.
They have made mine much better, by treating me with respect and dignity.

Very attentive staff is diligent about scheduling and reminders about appointments. I've been a patient of Dr. Willoughby's for 27 years and highly recommend her and Dr. Bare too. I appreciate the dedication to keeping an all-female staff, as it aligns with my values of female empowerment. It definitely reflects in the high quality of their work as well.

Dr. Willoughby is an extremely caring and gentle dentist. Her and her staff are wonderful. Their first priority is always concern for me and my comfort. I needed significant dental work done and she went over the plan in great detail with me. After years of seeing dentists and having bad teeth due to my health I found them to be quite affordable For the amount of work that needed to be done. They are professional, courteous and efficient Never making me feel like I didn’t take care of my mouth as other dentists have. . They answer their phones or call back in a timely manner, even calling after each visit to make sure I am doing well and comfortable. If I do have a problem they see me as soon as possible. I am so thankful that I was referred to them and I definitely recommend Dr. Willoughby if you’re looking for a new dentist.

Best dental office I have ever visited! Very thorough and professional, also incredibly cleanly which is such a huge plus. Dr. Willoughby went over everything with me in detail so I knew the condition of my mouth health and how to better it. I feel more knowledgeable than I ever have about my teeth!
