So thrilled to have found Dr Willoughby & staff. Simply by chance due to cancellation I was able to get in only to find (unbeknownst to me) an abscessed tooth! Staff was very friendly but ultimately I was somewhat pressured into getting a cleaning the day of my consult, saying they had no other opening for months. I was assured my insurance would reimburse me for a cleaning (one that cost over $300) and this was not actually the case.
I called countless times over the course of several months (and was rarely called back when I was told I would be) trying to work with them to get the cleaning covered. I was also told they may issue me a partial refund due to their mistake but I never saw that money either.
I would NEVER have gotten my cleaning there had I not been mislead by their staff. I will be getting my free annual cleanings elsewhere from now on. Such a waste of money.
