flew into Charlotte on April 2. broke tooth on flight down from NY. the office saw me first thing Monday morning and xrayed and treated the tooth. wonderful care!!

Today my appointment was in the new office. It is open airy and spacious. Jennifer and Dr Hammock give me a thorough cleaning and exam every six months. I have been a patient since 2012.

As someone who has had a very big fear of dentists, I have to say that the staff at DOC completely eased my fears! They were so friendly and reassuring. The hygienists and doctors were so gentle and asked if I was okay thru everything.
I will definitely be going back.

I had a wonderful experience today at DOC. Dr. Hammock was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He and his staff were also very friendly and helpful. Their facility is beautiful and wait times were minimal. I recommend them to everyone!

I scheduled my first appointment with this office back in March for June 10th. Just got a call saying they had to cancel my appointment and couldn’t get me in till after August. If you’re going to cancel on someone after they scheduled the appointment months before, the professional thing is to squeeze them in as close to the original date as possible. Extremely unprofessional and they will no longer have me as a patient.
