I had an Extraction with Dr. Hsu yesterday and went smoothly. The most comfortable procedure I ever had. Very professional and She makes you feel comfortable. Kudos to all the gorgeous staff and Dr’s in DOC Dilworth

I know going to the dentist is often thought of as a terrible experience. Not here! Everyone one is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed with warmth, and a side of humor. The music selection will have you tapping your toes. Dr. Hauschka has a way of making you feel like you’re friends. The work done is top notch. I recently had to get a crown. I honestly can’t tell which one it is, just by sight. I’d highly recommend this office and these wonderful people for your dental needs.

Great staff! Front desk (Hanna) was very helpful! I was having very bad tooth pain when I booked my appointment and Hanna was able to get me in the same day! My whole experience was very pleasant and will definitely be coming back.

DOC gets 5 stars from me. Love this team! Just became a patient, but already impressed. Thanks Jen for a thorough cleaning. Really looking forward to Invisalign, and Both Dr. H’s are great!!

When the dentist I saw for 40 years retired, it seems I saw a different dentist every 6 months. So I opted to find a dental practice that was covered by my insurance and would provide me with the same doctor from checkup to checkup. I believe I have found that in Dentistry of the Carolinas. My hygienist, Deana was amicable (laughed at my jokes), gentle and thorough. Dr. Hauschka took extra time to listen to my long and convoluted dental history. I am glad I found them and would gladly recommend them to others

They don't seem prone to proposing unnecessary work and were willing to change plans without charge.
Despite the fact that I told them my prior dentist said I should replace some old crowns, they evaluated and said they saw no need. But, they did note a cavity under an existing not found by the prior dentist.
And then, when I went to have that fixed, they were willing to cancel and delay and reschedule. I told them I would be out if the country for the next 6 weeks, which they said would put me at risk of having a problem.

Love the staff here. Everyone is professional and take client satisfaction to a next level. Dr Hsu is amazing as well. I think the front attendant forgot to give me a call back but regardless still a 5/5 experience and now my permanent dentist.

I just had a filling performed by Mai and Dr. Hsu at Dentistry of the Carolinas in the South End location of Charlotte. They both provided excellent service and exhibited even better bedside manner, patiently answering all of my questions and putting me at ease both before and during the procedure. I would highly recommend this dental team for your dental needs if you live in or around South End.
