LOVE THIS OFFICE!!!! Dr. Hammock is a great dentist!!! His assistant Sam is awesome!!! She helps explain the treatment so you know what is going to happen. The office is clean. The staff are so kind and always have a smile on their faces. Ann is wonderful with explaining my treatment plan fees and insurance benefits!!! The hygienists, Jennifer and Cathy are the best I have ever been to!!! Everyone is eager to help. I would highly recommend this practice!!!

As a new patient and someone who has experienced significant issues with other dental practices in the past, either with billing and/ or customer care, I have developed pretty high anxiety with regards to choosing a dentist. This practice was referred to me by a friend and co-worker, and I’m so thankful. I was seen NEXT DAY on a cancellation, which in my experience is almost unheard of as a new customer. Once there, the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and very good at their job. In the past, I have even been made to feel guilty or somehow bad or neglectful because I needed dental work, but there was not one discouraging remark made, and in fact I left feeling encouraged. I’m so thankful to have found this practice!

The staff are excellent. Friendly, professional, and do an excellent job. My teeth always feel great after my cleanings, and they give specific guidance on how to keep my teeth and gums in good shape (I need to stop pushing so hard when I brush). I highly recommend them

I had some bleaching trays made at DOC Myers Park. What a great visit! The lady at the front desk was so nice and professional, which is a change from my typical experience at a doctor or dentist.
I saw Angela to have the trays made and she was also very nice and professional. The trays are comfortable and I'm happy to report that my teeth are very white!! I definitely would recommend this office.

Jennifer is amazing. She is thorough, cares about her patients , and explains to the patient what is going on. I have been going to her my whole life and can't find one complaint about her in all those years. I would her to any on who is looking for a great hygienist.
